INTRODUCTION ASSOR N ONE

This range of Pins are essentially heavy thrust load application, with quick release facility. TS
Their connect to and disconnect time cannot easily be matched by other forms of fastener.

Because of its special application, the size range is limited and tends to grow very slowly e.g. we have
increased sizes by an average of 1 per year during the last 3 years. Even so we will be pleased to consider
other sizes if volume is there.

A typical application of a Linch Pin connecting the lifting

arm of industrial plant.

They can be supplied with chain and Cotter Pin or Split Ring
ends for captive applications.

Materials
Main body of Pin is Mild Steel, cold heading quality.
The Rings or “Keeps” are Spring Steel.
To date we have not produced in Stainless Steel.
