Note:
1. Contrast Ratio (CR) is defined mathematically as:

2. Surface luminance is luminance value at point 5 across the LCD surface 50cm from the surface with all pixels displaying
white. From more information see FIG 2. LWH=Lon5 where Lon5 is the luminance with all pixels displaying white at center
5 location.
3. The variation in surface luminance, _WHITE is defined (center of Screen) as:
δHITE(9P)= Minimum(Lon1, Lon2,…,Lon9)/ Maximum(Lon1, Lon2,…Lon9)

11
4. Response time Tr is the average time required for display transition by switching the input signal for five luminance ratio
(0%,25%,50%,75%,100% brightness matrix) and is based on Fv=60Hz to optimize.

The response time is defined as the following figure and shall be measured by switching the input signal for “any level of grey
(bright) “and “any level of gray (dark)”.
Any level of gray (Bright) Any level of gray (Dark) Any level of gray (Bright)

FIG. 2 Luminance

5. Viewing angle is the angle at which the contrast ratio is greater than 10. The angles are determined for the horizontal or x
axis and the vertical or y axis with respect to the z axis which is normal to the LCD surface. For more information see
FIG3.

設定
Case 1: if the power on time is same in different schedule,

system will use smaller schedule setting to power on.

Smaller schedule number priority is higher.

Case 2: if the off time of current Schedule is equal to the

power on time of next schedule, system will cancel

current off time and use next schedule off time.

1. User can set signal priority 1~5. (priority 1 is the

highest)

Signal Check Priority 2. If current source signal is lost, start failover function

信号チェック優先度 (auto search signal according signal priority setting). If

higher priority source exist signal, start failback function

(auto switch to higher priority source).

16
3. If user change source by input source OSD or

RS232/LAN command, source will keep at user selected

source(Don’t care Priority setting at this time until user

selected source signal is lost ). If user selected source

signal is lost, PID will search the active input source

according to the setting of Signal Priority Check. (even

user select source signal back, source will not change

back to user selected source).

4. After start signal check priority function, if higher priority

signal exist, auto switch to higher priority source. If all

source no signal, continue to search active input source

according to the setting of signal priority check.

5. In search signal of signal priority check setting, the

checking period is about 2 seconds each item. If user

change source manually, the check timeout is 10

seconds.

6. If user selects USB-photo or USB-music or USB-movie,

it will follow playlist to play. If user didn't create playlist,

system will depend on USB-photo or USB-music or

USB-move setting to auto play the photo or music or

move file in USB root.

7. In media, if user press EXIT key to leave playing mode,

the auto play behavior will stop.

8. Support source option : AV/Component, HDMI1,

HDMI2, DVD-D, VGA, USB-photo,USB-music,

USB-movie

(only can set one of USB-photo, USB-music and

USB-movie)

9. if signal priority check = enable, Power on source will

search the active source according the setting of

signal priority check. if signal priority check = disable,

power on source will the last source.

10 if signal priority check =enable and power on source is

USB, system will auto play USB function.

11.This function(Failover/Failback) is premised on

working automatically basically.

Usually, the source used by a primary is set as P1.It is a

backup function to when the signal of P1 is lost.

Specification
Product Specification
1. Scope
This document establishes the general workmanship standards and functional Acceptance criteria for
LCD TV model TD-E652 Produced by Darwin Precisions Inc.

2. Purpose
The purpose of this publication is to define a procedure for inspection of the LCD TV by means of a
customer acceptance test, the method of evaluation of defects and rules for specifying acceptance levels.

3. Application
The "Customer Acceptance Criteria" is applicable to the inspection of the LCD TV, completely packed
and ready for dispatch to customers. Unless otherwise specified, the customer acceptance inspection
should be conducted at manufacturer's site.

4. Definition
The "Customer Acceptance Criteria" is the document defining the process of examining, testing or
otherwise comparing the product with a given set of specified technical, esthetic and workmanship
requirements leading to an evaluation of the "degree of fitness for use", including possible personal injury
or property damage for the user of the product.

5. General Description
This specification applies to the 65 inch Color TFT-LCD Module S645HF44 V0 (96.64S0J.001). This LCD
module has a TFT active matrix type liquid crystal panel 1,920x1,080 pixels, and diagonal size of 65 inch.
This module supports 1,920x1,080 mode. Each pixel is divided into Red, Green and Blue sub-pixels or dots
which are arranged in vertical stripes. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel color is determined
with a 10-bit gray scale signal for each dot.

Note 3: Surface temperature is measured at 50℃ Dry condition

7. Optical Specification
Optical characteristics are determined after the unit has been ‘ON’ and stable for approximately 45 minutes in a
dark environment at 25°C. The values specified are at an approximate distance 500 mm from the LCD surface at a
viewing angle of φ and Ө equal to 0°.

Note:
1. Contrast Ratio (CR) is defined mathematically as:

2. Surface luminance is luminance value at point 5 across the LCD surface 50cm from the surface with all pixels
displaying white. From more information see FIG 2. LWH=Lon5 where Lon5 is the luminance with all pixels
displaying white at center 5 location.

51
3. The variation in surface luminance, _WHITE is defined (center of Screen) as:
δHITE(9P)= Minimum(Lon1, Lon2,…,Lon9)/ Maximum(Lon1, Lon2,…Lon9)
4. Response time Tr is the average time required for display transition by switching the input signal for five
luminance ratio (0%,25%,50%,75%,100% brightness matrix) and is based on Fv=60Hz to optimize.

The response time is defined as the following figure and shall be measured by switching the input signal for “any level of grey (bright) “and “any

level of gray (dark)”.

For more information see
FIG3.

8. Interface Specification
The S645HF44 V0 (96.64S0J.001) requires two power inputs. One is employed to power the LCD
electronics and to drive the TFT array and liquid crystal. The other is to power Back Light Unit.

The brightness of each primary color (red, green and blue) is based on the 10 bit gray scale data input for the color; the
higher the binary input, the brighter the color. The table below provides a reference for color versus data input.
