INTRODUCTION
• This is a case study which highlights the campaign that was introduced
by Greenpeace against Facebook for using coal to run its data centers.
• How Facebook should respond to the mounting pressure being created
by Greenpeace's "unfriend coal" campagin,consedering that
the company is in no position to scrap the Prineville Project and
having to maintain its brand image
