JOSEPH CAHILL was ordexed deported after a hearing on September 8, be 1971, and that the defendant, a citizen of Ireland, was deported from New York, New York on September 8, 1971. 2, Statements to your deponent by Federal Bureau of Investigation Special; Agent that he saw a -2= a man who he believes, to be the defendant JOSEPH CAHILL at 465 East 9th Street, in Brooklyn, New York on May 4, 1961. 3.
