महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश/IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. In addition to e-Admit Card/Admission Certificate, candidate must bring 08-recent passport size photograph and legible photo identity proof with
complete date of birth such as (i) Passport (ii) Aadhaar Card (iii) Driving License (iv) Service ID Card (for Ex-serviceman/Govt. Employees), (v) ID Card
issued by University/College/Schol, (vi) Voter’s Card, (vii) PAN Card (viii) Ex-serviceman Discharge Book issued by M/o Defense, & (ix) Any other Photo
Identity Proof issued by Central or State Government.

ई-प्रवेश पत्र के अतिरिक्त, उम्मीदवार को अपने साथ हाल ही में खिची हुई पासपोर्ट साइज़ की फोटो और अपने साथ मूल जन्म तिथि के प्रमाण पत्र जैसे कि (i) पासपोर्ट (ii) आधार कार्ड (iii) ड्राइविंग
लाइसेंस (iv) सर्विस आई. डी. कार्ड (भूतपूर्व सैनिक / सरकारी कर्मचारी के लिए), (v) विश्वविद्यालय/कॉलेज/स्कू ल द्वारा जारी पहचान पत्र (vi) मतदाता पहचान पत्र (vii) पैन कार्ड (viii) भूतपूर्व
सैनिक के लिये डिस्चार्ज बुक एवं (ix) के न्द्र या राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रदान किया गया फोटो प्रमाण पत्र लायेगा/लाएगी!
2. Candidate must bring all Educational Certificates, Caste certificate, Police ward Certificate, Hill Area, Sports Certificates, NCC and Departmental
Certificate alongwith one set of photocopy of all certificates, which is mandatory.

उम्मीदवार को सभी शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, पुलिस वार्ड प्रमाण पत्र, पहाड़ी छेत्र, खेल प्रमाण पत्र, विभागीय प्रमाण पत्र और सभी प्रमाण पत्रों की फोटोकॉपी का एक सेट लाना होगा, जो
कि अनिवार्य है।

 3. Candidate must be in possession of valid original LMV Driving License (Motorcycle or Car) at the time of PE&MT. Learner’s License will not be
acceptable.

उम्मीदवार के पास शारीरिक क्षमता एवं मापदंड के समय मूल ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस एल एम् वी (मोटर साइकिल या कार) का होना अनिवार्य है। लर्नर (सिखने) वाला लाइसेंस स्वीकार्य/मान्य नहीं होगा।
4. Candidates claiming weightage of additional marks for NCC and RRU Certificates will have to produce original Certificates for supporting their claim at
the time of document verification (i.e. PE&MT). The crucial date for this purpose will be the closing date of receipt of online applications i.e. on
30.09.2023.

जो उम्मीदवार एन.सी.सी. और आर.आर.यू. प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर अतिरिक्त अंक लेना चाहते है उनको प्रमाण पत्रों की जाँच के समय अपने असली प्रमाण पत्र लाने होंगे (पी.ई.एवं एम.टी. के
समय)। इसके लिए अंतिम तिथि ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि जो कि 30.09.2023 तक ही मान्य होगी ।
5. Delhi Police will neither be responsible for any accident or injury which might take place during the PE&MT, nor will Delhi Police be liable for any claim
arising out of any injury etc. suffered during the PE&MT.
शारीरिक क्षमता एवं मापदंड के दौरान होने वाली किसी भी दुर्घटना या चोट के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी, ना ही दिल्ली पुलिस चोट आदि से उत्पन्न किसी भी दावे के लिए उत्तरदायी
होगी।
6. No travelling allowance or other expenses will be paid by the Delhi Police for attending the PE&MT.
शारीरिक क्षमता एवं मापदंड के समय किसी भी उम्मीदवार को किसी भी प्रकार का यात्रा भत्ता या अन्य खर्च का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।
7. Candidate not fulfilling the eligibility conditions, i.e. age, Educational Qualification Driving License etc. will not be allowed to appear in the PE&MT.

आयु, शैक्षिक योग्यता, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आदि जैसी पात्रता की शर्तों को पूरा नहीं करने वाले उम्मीदवार को शारीरिक क्षमता एवं मापदंड के लिए प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया जायेगा।
8. Candidate seeking relaxation in height & chest on account of belonging to Hill areas/ST will have to bring the certificate as per the format as annexed
at Annexure-XI of the Notice.

पहाड़ी क्षेत्र/अनुसूचित जनजाति से संबंधित ऊं चाई और छाती में छू ट की मांग करने वाले उम्मीदवार को नोटिस के अनुबंध-XI में प्रारूप के अनुसार प्रमाण पत्र लाना होगा।
9. Candidates who qualify in the Race will be eligible to appear in Long Jump and then High Jump. The Long Jump and High Jump are to be cleared in
any one of the three chances given to a candidate. There shall be no appeal against disqualification in Race, Long Jump & High Jump.

दौड़ में पास होने वाले उम्मीदवार ही लंबी कू द और फिर ऊं ची कू द में उपस्थित होने के पात्र होंगे। लंबी कू द और ऊं ची कू द के लिये उम्मीदवार को तीन अवसर प्रदान किये जायेगे। दौड़, लंबी कू द और
ऊं ची कू द में अयोग्यता के खिलाफ कोई अपील नहीं होगी।
10. Physical Measurement Test will be taken only of those candidates who qualify the Physical Endurance Tests.

जो उम्मीदवार शारीरिक क्षमता में पास होगे के वल उन्ही उम्मीदवार का शारीरिक मापदंड किया जायेगा।
11. The date, time & Venue of PE&MT is FINAL and no request for change will be entertained. In case a candidate FAILS to attend the PE&MT on the
scheduled date & time, he will be treated as ABSENT and no request in any form for next date through post/by-hand/e-mail etc. will be entertained
under any circumstances. The Candidate is advised to reach at least one day in advance near his/her PE&MT venue. The candidate is also advised to
get sufficient clothing as per prevailing weather condition.
शारीरिक क्षमता एवं मापदंड की तारीख, समय और स्थान अंतिम है परिवर्तन के लिए कोई अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार शारीरिक क्षमता एवं मापदंड में भाग नहीं लेता है,
तो उसे अनुपस्थित माना जाएगा और उसके किसी भी अनुरोध को किसी भी माध्यम से स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार को यह सलाह दी जाती है कि वह शारीरिक क्षमता एवं मापदंड के लिए
निर्दिष्ट स्थल के नजदीक कम से कम एक दिन पहले पहुंच जाए। उम्मीदवार को मौजुदा मौसम की स्थिति के अनुसार पर्याप्त कपड़े पहनने की भी सलाह दी जाती है ।
12. Candidate may not bring any type of bag/ valuable items/ fire arms/ sharp weapons/ mobile or electronic gadgets at the venue. Delhi Police will not be
responsible for any loss of articles.
उम्मीदवार किसी भी प्रकार का बैग / मूल्यवान सामान / फायर आर्म्स / तेज हथियार / मोबाइल फ़ोन या किसी भी अन्य प्रकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट्स को कार्यक्रम स्थल पर नहीं लायेगा और खो
जाने की स्थिति में दिल्ली पुलिस जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
13. Candidates seeking reservation benefits for SC/ST /OBC/ EWS must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility on the crucial
date. They should also possess the caste/community certificate. The crucial date for this purpose will be the closing date of receipt of online
application i.e 30.09.2023.
अनुसूचित जाति /अनुसूचित जनजाति /अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग /आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए आरक्षण लाभ प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वे आवेदन की अंतिम
तिथि पर पात्रता के अनुसार इस तरह के आरक्षण के हकदार हैं। उनके पास जाति/सामुदायिक प्रमाण पत्र भी होना चाहिए। इस प्रयोजन के लिए अंतिम तिथि ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्राप्ति की अंतिम
तिथि होगी अर्थात 30.09.2023.
14. The female candidates, who are either pregnant, or gave birth to a baby or had miscarriage at the time of PE&MT, may not be allowed to participate in
Physical Endurance Test and shall be declared temporarily unfit until the confinement is over
महिला अभ्यर्थी, जो या तो गर्भवती हैं, या बच्चे को जन्म दे चुकी हैं या किसी कारण से गर्भपात हो गया हैं उनको पीई एंड एमटी में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती है! तब तक ऐसे महिला
अभ्यर्थी को अस्थायी रूप से अयोग्य घोषित किया जाएगा!
