The Project will provide harm reduction education, training, HOPE kits to individuals at-risk for opioid overdose through community events and to the center's Outpatient substance use program. The target
AIDS Action Coalition of Huntsville $ 49,200.00 population is adults at-risk for developing Opioid or stimulant use disorder, those diagnosed with OUD or STUD , and justice-involved individuals. The project will serve 700 in the Huntsville and Madison County
area.

The funding will be provided to 13 Boys & Girls Clubs who are members of the Alabama Alliance to provide resources for mental health and trauma-informed care utilizing identified eidenced based practices and

The funding will be used to support a new Drop-in Recovery Center located in Jefferson County in east Birmingham. The target population is justice involved individuals with OUD and stimulant use disorders. The

project includes peer support, small groups, seminars, socialization activities, life skill building and referral to social service agencies. It anticipated that 25 individuals will receive services daily.

The funding will be used to support Youth and Parent Early Intervention Group Family Support, awareness, Harm Reduction Campaigns, and Student Prevention Education. Programming includes an 8-week youth

The funding will be used for the Overdose Prevention Program which is a CDC based model that includes linkage to and retention in care initiatives, harm reduction measures, best practices for clinicians in the
Mobile County Board of Health $ 311,695.00 healthcare system, and surveillance. The plan is to utilize Peer supports in follow-ups with those at risk for overdose, including the use of harm reduction practices and warm hand-offs from critical care units for
people using substances in need of treatment services. The target population includes individuals in Mobile county area near poverty levels.

The funding will be used for programs for education, collection, and access to safe storage and drug disposal campaign. The plan includes working with law enforcement to provide locations for permanent drop
Northwest AL MHC $ 51,064.00 boxes, increase sites in Marion County, target schools, take back days, and parent education/caregiver education. The target population is the rural areas of Northwest Alabama's catchment area. It anticipated that
29,156 individuals will receive prevention services.

The funding will be used to provide an educative model providing connections and support to family members and loved ones of those involved with substance use. Participants are provided guidance and support

Children’s Policy Cooperative of Jefferson County $ 150,000.00 system approach to affected infants, mothers, and families. It promises care response within 24 hours of the initial contact. The plan includes work with 120 families with Birmingham as the key location - but plans
to extend to Calhoun, Mobile, and Montgomery counties.
The proposed use of funds to provide a recovery resource 'Hub" for the Huntsville, Limestone, Jackson and Marshall county areas providing free assessments and linkage to care with a goal of reaching 400

The funding will be used to implement a Family resource model which will provide family centered coaching to strengthen family networks for those impacted by substance misuse. The plan is for three centers to

East Alabama MH/MR Bd, Inc. $ 329,992.00 The funds will be used to expand outpatient programs, including medication assisted treatment, into Tallapoosa county. The goal is to serve 150 adult patients and their families.
