The document describes an automatic noise level monitoring and warning system using GPS and GSM. The system uses microphones to measure noise levels in different directions. An Arduino controller constantly processes noise levels and sounds an alert if levels exceed a set threshold. The system status is green when noise levels are below the threshold, but turns red and sounds an alarm when noise levels rise too high. The system also sends alerts by GSM and identifies the location of high noise using GPS. The purpose is to automatically monitor and warn about noise pollution in order to promote human health and a quiet environment.

ABSTRACT Noise pollution is very dangerous nowadays. Noise pollution affects a million people. Noise pollution causes include hearing loss, heart diseases, sleep problems, stress, headaches, high blood pressure and more. The main purpose of this research is to propose a solution for good health and wellbeing, using Internet of Things, GSM and GPS. To present a real-time monitoring system good comfort with mobile computing compatibility, analysis and notification. this is an efficient technological solution that collection of data and transmission of data in real time for database using wireless communication. Keywords: Human Comfort, Good Living Environments, Environment Noise, Internet Of Things. I. INTRODUCTION Well the noise pollution is not control by human so we here propose and automatic noise pollution monitoring and warning system. This automatic noise warning system is used to identify and warn if noise levels is above the certain levels and automatically sound the alert to notify about noise level so it can be warned. The permissible decibel in residential area in day time is 55dB and in night time 45dB. if it crosses the decibel we fixed. It can alert the surrounding to be silenced. The system provides automatic noise level detection. Display the current noise level and auto alert if noise level exceeds set amount and ability to set a loud noise level as per the facility. II. LITERATURE REVIEW Enda Murphy, Eoin King had Developed Covers the core theoretical concepts and principles surrounding the mechanics of noise pollution as well as the evidence-base linking noise with public health concerns. METHODOLOGY 1. POWER SUPPLY: The function of a power supply is to convert one from of electrical energy into another form and, as a result power supplies. 2. MICROCONTROLLER: The microcontroller is used for serial Operation based the program present in the output is take from one of the four ports. 3. LCD DISPLAY: Liquid Crystal Display. it is consist of liquid crystal used to provide a visible image and electronically modulated optical devices and also it is having seven segment display in digital clock. 4. GSM MODEM: Global system for Mobile communication (GSM). They are used by mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets. 5. GPS RECEIVER: Global Positioning System, it is used to determine the users position, precise time and velocity, by broadcasting by GPS satellites.

IV. REQUIRMENTS HARDWARE: Arduino Uno Microphone Sensors LED Indicators Buzzer LCD Display Power port and DC power Adapter Resistor Capacitors Diodes and transistor Buttons and switches SOFTWARE: Arduino IDE V. IMPLEMENTATION The system make use of set of microphones to accurately measure noise levels in 3 directions. We here use an Arduino based controller to develop this system. Daddy no processes noise levels from all microphone sensors constantly. The system status is green as long as noise levels are below set mark. As soon as noise levels cross the set level the system sounds a buzzer alert and waits for noise level to go down. If noise level doesn’t go down system again sounds an alert and displays a message indicating the noise level is too high. As soon as the people realise noise is high and maintain silence the system again goes back to green mode. Thus the system allows for a smart automatic noise pollution warning system. VI. CONCLUSION Automatic noise level monitoring and warning system using GSM and GPS presents an automatic functioning of monitoring and warning of noise pollution consist of a hardware prototype and software coding for ambient data collection. noise pollution is equally harmful as are the other pollution. Automatic noise level monitoring and warning system represent a significant contribution to the environment and human health this is an efficient technological solution that collection of data and transmission of data in real time to database using wireless communications.
