GENERATE IMPROVEMENT IDEAS:

This section describes the practical approach on how to improve Fernando Pares Mami House
that will eventually give a positive outcome in the business.

1. Comfort Room
- There is no private restroom at the Pares Mami House. That explains why several
customers were confused about where to wash their hands before and after eating,
as we all know that eating this type of meal is messy. We recommend at least one
or two comfort rooms.

2. Parking Space
- Pares Mamihan is frequently referred to as a "go-to food pasyalan". As more
customers arrived from other locations. We suggested the idea of having a
parking spot at this location.

3. Lack of Cleanliness
- Food businesses should be clean in all aspects. However, as we visited the Pares
Mamihan, we noticed that some of the plastics they used were not completely
cleaned, and we were unsure if they were already contaminated. Furthermore, the
Pares Mamihan should avoid using plastics while serving their meals; instead,
they should wash their plates to ensure that the items they used were clean.

4. Environment/Surroundings
- Fernando Pares Mamihan is an open area. We observed that flies and insects often
landed on certain dishes. We are all aware that such environments, particularly in
the food industry, are inappropriate. It is preferable to put it in a close location so
that customers may feel at ease when visiting the Mami House and can be certain
that the foods are safe.

5. Inappropriate lighting
- We noticed that the Pares Mami House did not have enough lighting inside the
venue. Due to insufficient light, certain places were slightly dark. Customers were
unable to determine if their food had been contaminated or to capture photos that
they may share on their social media accounts. We recommend having lights in
each corner of the place, so that customers can enjoy the food while also enjoying
the ambiance of the place.
