GREEN WEDNESDAYS MENU

EXAMPLE
WAKE UP, DRINK A GLASSOF WARM WATER

Within first hour BREAKFAST

omelette with 2 eggs with herbs or vegetables + 1-2


teaspoon of oil (avocado or ghee) + herbal tea of choice

SNACK if needed not earlier than 10:00 am

Oatmeal or nut butter 1 tbsp

LUNCH

Salad (any green leafs, garlic, parsley, black pepper) + 1


tbsp of olive oil or any other oil of choice +
chicken/turkey/lamb/fish/seafood/tofu (all of these are
protein)

DINNER

2 or more hours before sleep

Steamed or stewed vegetables + protein of choice

SNACK if needed
Salad with salt and lemon juice
Another examples:

BREAKFAST

Oatmeal + salad + herbal tea

SNACK if needed
1 tbsp of nut butter (peanut, coconut, cashew)

LUNCH

Lentil patties with veggies (recipe):

Green lentil 1 cup, onion, oil (olive/grape seed/avocado), spices, salt, 1


cup of oatmeal meal (blended oats into powder)
Cook lentils until soft, blend everything in a blender, add turmeric.
Create patties and fry in a skillet until golden brown on each side.
Eat with any veggies of choice

DINNER

Zucchini spaghetti

Peel and shred zucchini. In a skillet, add avocado oil and fry tomato cut
into cubes, garlic, and lemon juice. Fry for 5 minutes, then add zucchini,
steam for 4 minutes and add salt and pepper at the end. Blend nuts in
blender and add on top of your spaghetti

Salad with salt and lemon juice
Another examples:

BREAKFAST

Smoothie: kiwi, green apple, sprouted buckwheat or barley +


avocado + water
SNACK
Veggie chips (any dehydrated veggies of choice without
additives)

LUNCH

Salad + 1 tbsp of oil + salt + lemon juice

SNACK

Any non-sweet smoothie (I like pumpkin, orange, spinach, water,


chia seeds)

DINNER

Zucchini patties with salad


Recipe:

Shred zucchini, add salt and pepper, add small cut onion,
remove water until mixture is dry. Add a bit of flaxseed meal for
consistency, any spices or herbs. Create patties and roll each in
oatmeal meal and fry in olive or avocado oil until golden brown.
Eat with salad
