This has reference to your online proposal No. IWDUMIS/123025/2019 dated
25.10.2019, submitted to this Ministry for grant of Environmental Clearance (EC) in terms of
the provisions of the Environment Impact: Assessment (EIA) Notification, 2006 under the
Environment (Protection) Act, 1986,
2. The proposal for grant of environmental clearance to the project ‘Proposed
Construction: of Super Speciztty Hospital’ at Sirespur, New Delhi by M/s Health Project
Divsion (North), PND, was consisted by the Expert Aparasal Committee (Infia2) in is
meeting held during 25-26 November, 2019 and 48” meeting held during 28-29
ena 2020. The details of the project, as per the documents submitted by the project
ye ee and also es informed duting the above meeting ere as under:-

do | ‘The project is located at Siraspur, New Delhi, Latitude 23°45'28.68"N and Longitude
Ze) 7770845 38°E.
(i) The project is new. The total plot area is 80,838 sqm. FSI area is 60,561 sqm and
total builtup area of 94,778 sqm. The project comprisas of Hospital Block (1168
Beds), Nurse Staton, Diagnostic Cantor and Food Court Maximum height of the
building is 41.2 m.
(ii) The total water requirement for the construction Project is estimated to be approx.
490 ML. The water supply during Construction phase will be met through STP
Treated water/Private water tanker. During the consiruction phase, soak pits and
‘septic tanks are provided for disposal of waste waler. Temporary toilets will be
provided for labourers.
(Ww) During operaton phase, total water requirement will be 1278 KLD and will be’ met
from Delhi Jal Boerd (487 KLD fresh water) and recycled water (411 KLD) and 379
KLD treated water from other sources. The treated water (411 KLD) from STP shall
be recycledire-used for flushing (172 KLD), gardening (42 KLD) and HVAC (197
KLD) eto). As proposed, excess treated water from ETP (98 KLD) shall be
discharged to external sewer
(vy) About 3564 kg/day solid waste will be generated trom the project. The biodegradable
waste (1425.6 kg/day) will be processed in OWC, Inert waste (356.4 kg/day) will be
used for land filing and the non-biodegradable waste generated (1782 ka/day) will be
handed over to vendors 8 om
