1) Kabowa High School is preparing KHMSA (Kabowa High Muslim Students Association)
DAY next year 28 June. Students are to participate in the following items;
 Quran recitation

As an ICT student, you have been instructed to arrange the main hall with ICT tools
that will be used on that day.

i) Task
a. Give the ICT tools that are to be used and what they are used for.
 Computer. Used for processing records
 Flash disk. It stores data
 Radio. It broadcasts news
 Projector . it displays information on a projection screen
 Phone. Communication
b. Explain the safety measures that should be observed while using the ICTs mentioned in
1(a) above.

Computer. Turn off the computer every after use, keep off dust, avoid water from entering it
