1. Equipment Introduction

The CO2 fractional laser treatment instrument, a new generation of laser

skin resurfacing system, also has the functions of super pulse and laser

2. Operational safety regulations

2.1 Optical security

1．Burn

The CO2 laser scanning laser has a wavelength of 10.6 microns, which is a
spectral line in the far infrared range, which is invisible to the human eye. The
maximum laser power output by this instrument can reach 30 watts, which
can cause 3 degree burns even without focusing. Therefore, sufficient
attention should be paid.

2．The hazard of reflection and direct exposure to human eyes

The instrument outputs visible red semiconductor laser and invisible CO2
laser, both of which are harmful to the human body.

Do not look directly at the red semiconductor laser at any time, even if it
does not cause burns to the human eyes, it may cause damage to a certain
degree.

The damage distance of CO2 laser is very large, direct

exposure to human eyes will cause blindness, and it is
irrecoverable, operators should be extra careful.

Since the surface of the object, especially the surface of smooth metal or
glass, can form a mirror surface to reflect light, it is important to remove such
objects or surfaces that may reflect on the path of the laser. In other words, do
not irradiate laser light onto objects that reflect light to prevent the reflected or
scattered laser light from causing harm to the human body.

2.2 Flammable and explosive

Do not use this laser instrument on the site with flammable and explosive
materials. Do not place or store flammable and explosive materials around
the instrument. Flammable and explosive materials include: gasoline, alcohol,
some narcotics, some solvents, desiccants, ointments, synthetic resins, etc.

2.3 Safe operation steps

1. Before treatment ‘
1. Keep the surface of the instrument clean.
2. Get the instrument key.
3. Ask the surgeon how to arrange the position of the instrument and the
patient.
4. Stick a laser warning sign in a conspicuous position.
5. If you need to use general anesthetics, prepare a wet towel for the
patient.
6. Prepare all necessary equipment and tools.
7. Check whether the instrument is working properly.
8. After inserting the switch key into the instrument's key, power on and
turn on the instrument. The instrument should perform self-check first, and
then enter the standby working state after selecting the working mode.
9. If necessary, press the setting key to reset the working parameters.
10. Check the same optical path.
11. Press the set button to return to the standby working state or turn off
the instrument until the operation is turned on again.
 2. After treatment
1. Turn off and remove the instrument.
2. Pull out the switch key and keep it in a safe place.
3. Place the light guide joint arm in the normal position.
4. If necessary, remove the optical accessories and other tools for
cleaning or disinfection.

4. Principle:
The laser is emitted in a scanning lattice method to form a burning area
composed of laser action lattices and intervals on the epidermis. Each laser
action point is composed of a single or several high-energy laser pulses,
which can penetrate directly to the dermis layer in an instant It vaporizes the
tissues in wrinkles or scars and stimulates the proliferation of collagen, which
in turn initiates a series of skin reactions such as tissue repair and collagen
rearrangement. Under the action of the laser, collagen fibers shrink by about
one-third, small wrinkles are flattened, deep wrinkles become shallower and
thinner, and the skin becomes firm and shiny.
Laser through the CO2 laser's microvascular reconstruction effect, the
oxygen content of vaginal tissue will increase, mitochondria will release more
ATP, cell function will be more active, and then the secretion of vaginal
mucosa will be enhanced, the color will be lighter, and the lubrication will be
enhanced. At the same time, through restoration The vaginal mucosa
normalizes the PH value and flora, reduces the recurrence rate of infections,

7. Direction for Use
7.1Structure description

1. Joints of six light guide arm

The laser beam transmission is completed by the six-joint light guide arm.
The role of the light guide arm is to transmit the laser to the patient's site
(target surface) to be operated on

7.2 Installation
1) Checking

1. Check the packing box before open, if no abnormal, you can open it.
Becase the machine is equipped with laser tube and precision optical system,
forbid pound and collision when open the box.
2. Take out the packing list after opening the box, then take out the host and
spare parts
according to the packing list, check every spare parts, wire connections,
confirmed no
abnormal or troubleshooting before installation, if have any problem, please
contact
manufacturer timely, so that resolve the problem Quickly.

2) Fill distilled water

1. Press the stainless steel sheet at the above of the overflow hole, pull the
water tube into the hole.
2. Put the tube into the affusion hole, do like as above said, fill distilled water,
it's ok when
the water overflow the overflow hole; after turn on the machine for 3 minutes,
the machine need fill water again.
Attention: you can't pull out the tube from the affusion hole when using the
machine. You need to change the water in every 60 days.
3) Installation of guide light arm

Guide light system was made up of guide light arm and connection
seat .connection
seat has fixed into the top of the shell. After check the guide light arm, connect
it to
connection seat, then fix the screws firmly.
Attention: guide light arm only can move to the arrow direction.
Move B 180 degree according to C, then press A according to the Arrow.
Then insert B to the hole on main unit, then screw D, fix the guide light arm
firmly.
4) Installation of the scan head
1. Whirl the scan head to clockwise direction.

2. Installation of control wire on the scan head, insert the control wire, then fix
the screws firmly.

5) Installation of power cord and foot switch

1. Insert the power cord to the connector on the back of the machine, then
check if firmly.
2. Connect the foot switch, aim at the gap, whirl to the clockwise direction,
check if firmly.
6) change water
Put “add water” and ”run off water” connect, ventage plug connect run off
water, then add
water again.

7.3. Direction for use and Operating procedure

1) Turn on the power of device
2) Appear to be the main screen as below when key switch is ON.
3) Select a mode and range of adjustment when the main screen comes up.
4) Operate it by stepping FOOT SWITCH after completing every procedure.

7.4 Screen Instruction

It is used for facial treatment, such as facial rejuvenation, acne, shrinking

pores, etc.

It is used for cutting, such as the treatment of foreskin, hemorrhoids, cervical

polyps, etc. It is generally not recommended for those without skilled
operation experience.
It is generally used for the treatment of the body, such as stretch marks, scars,
etc.

It is generally used for private treatment, such as the treatment of internal and
external vulva.

1. Instruction of 3D mode
The treatment screen of PULSE MODE appears when selecting 3D box at the
Main Screen.

1) Touch “POWER “ box, then press” ” or “ ” ,the energy will increase or

decrease.
* Range of Adjustment: 1-30W.

2) Touch “ MODE” box, press” ” or “ ”, adjust impulse, continue, single etc.

* Range of Adjustment:

8. Operation

8.1 Preparation:
Alcohol, cotton ball, sterile treatment head.

8.2 Operation Of Vaginal:

 Insert the support to the vagina, then insert the 360 degree head to the
bottom of the support, pay attention to the number on the 360 degree head,
press the foot switch, then pull out 0.5cm, press the foot switch again, then
pull our 0.5cm again, press the foot switch again, do again, after the 360
degree head reach vulva, insert to the bottom of the support again, and do
like the first time, total 3 times.
8.3 Vulva treatment:

Use the head for vulva, and make the distance 5cm, treat vulva, press
the foot switch for many times, until vulva tighten up.
8.4 Face treatment

These parameters are for the face, adjust the shape to square, and
biggest(20*20mm), then adjust same parameters, press GET READY, stating
the treatment. You can increase or decrease the POWER according to the
customer’s skin.

8.5 Stretch mark treatment:

These parameters are for stretch mark. You can increase or decrease the
POWER according to the customer’s skin.

9. Postoperative care and Notes:

1. After using the instrument, it is recommended to return to the standby state
before shutting down, and then turn the key switch to the "off" position to turn
off the instrument.
2. The light guide arm is played back to a natural position without force to
maintain a good optical path.
3. Remove the cutter head and other tools, take it for cleaning and
disinfection.
4. When the instrument is not in use, remove the key switch for safekeeping
to prevent unauthorized personnel from using or operating the instrument.

10.Troubleshooting guide
If the instrument fails, refer to the following table to find the
possible cause of the failure according to its failure
phenomenon, and take appropriate measures to eliminate the
failure. If you cannot solve the problem by yourself, please
 contact our company's after-sales service department.
Warn:
High voltage and CO2 laser radiation may be generated when the
instrument is working normally. A little carelessness will cause harm to
the human body. Therefore, you must be careful when maintaining the
instrument.

Table 8-1 is the fault information that can be displayed on the control panel
and is relatively easy to solve.

Table 8-2 shows the situations in which the fault information cannot be
displayed on the control panel. The table lists the more detailed fault causes
and troubleshooting methods.
