order employees to comprise my workforce under my office effectively January 1,
2024 until June 30, 2024, to wit:

1. ALICE JOY G. DELA TORRE (New) - ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE IV

 Encodes documents assigned to her by SP Gasalao
 Assists SP Gasalao during regular sessions
 Liquidates travel of SP Gasalao
 Prepares documents for signature of SP Gasalao
 Perform other duties as may be assigned to her by SP Gasalao

2. CHRISTIAN F. GASALAO (New) – UTILITY WORKER II

 Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the office
 Receives and files incoming documents and communications
 Entertains and assists visitors in the office
 Perform other duties as may be assigned to him by SP Gasalao

3. CHRISTIAN BENEDICT C. GERONA (New) – MESSENGER I

 Follow-up documentary requests of SP Gasalao
 Delivers documents to designated offices
 Receives and files incoming documents and communications
 Perform other duties as may be assigned to him by SP Gasalao

4. MARK ROUEN G. GERONA (New) – DRIVER I

 Serves as driver / bodyguard of SP Gasalao
 Updates schedule of SP Gasalao in calendar of Activities
 Perform other duties as may be assigned to him by SP Gasalao

5. RUEMA M. SALCEDO (New) – UTILITY WORKER II

 Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the office
 Receives and files incoming documents and communications
 Entertains and assists visitors in the office
 Perform other duties as may be assigned to her by SP Gasalao
