कलम 201  त्यामुळे राज्यपालां नी कोणत्याही विधेयकाबाबतीत “निश्चित वेळे त”
निर्णय घेणे अपेक्षित आहे. “निश्चित वेळ” याचा अर्थ विधेयकावर
 कलम 201 नुसार राज्यपाल एखादे विधेयक राष्ट्रपतींच्या विचारासाठी
सारासार विचार करून योग्य तो निर्णय घेण्यासाठी लागणार वेळ होय.
