1. Applications are invited for recruitment of various posts in State Tele MANS
Cell on Out sourcing basis under National Health Mission, Andhra Pradesh.
2. The application form is available on the official Web site of Commissioner Of
Health and Family Welfare i.e. http://hmfw.ap.gov.in and https://cfw.ap.nic.in in
from 21-12-2022The applicants shall download the application form
(Annexure III) and mail the scanned copy of filled in application and
enclosures to the Email ID: recruit.telemanasap@gamil.com. The last date for
submission of application is 30-12-2022 upto 5.00 P.M., No other modes of
application will be entertained
3. The applicant are required to visit the official website of Commissioner of
health and famiy welfare to keep themselves updated on all steps/results/until
the completion of the recruitment.
4. Details of posts i.e., number of posts notified, educational qualification and
experience required are shown at Annexure I&II.
5. Age limit: Up to 42 years as on 01.07.2022 and five years relaxation (47 Years) in
case ofBC, SCs , STs, EWS, in case of and Physically challenged Handicapped 10
years, in case of Ex-serviceman as per rules.

6. Application Fee: General Candidates shall pay application fee of Rs. 500/-
(Rupees five hundred only). Candidates belong to SC/ST/BC-A,BC-B,BC-
C,BC-D,BC-E, Physically challenged and Ex-Serviceman shall pay Rs.250/-
(Rupees Two hundred fifty only) through payment gateway as detailed below.

7. Candidates shall mail their Scanned copy of application along with the
following enclosures to Email ID: recruit.telemanasap@gamil.com
i. SSC or equivalent examination (for date of birth)
ii. Intermediate examination or 10 + 2 Examination.
iii. Provisional Certificate of qualifying examination.
iv. Marks Memos of qualifying examination of all years.
v. Certificates of Desirable qualifications.
vi. Marks Memos of desirable qualification examination of all years.
vii. Copy of Caste / Community Certificate in case of SC/ ST / BC/ EWS (with
categorization) issued by the Revenue authority viz., Tahsildar / MRO / RDO
 Concerned. In the absence of proper caste certificate, the candidate will be treated
as OC candidate.
viii. Study Certificates for the years 4th to 10th class from where the candidate studied.
ix. Copy of certificate for Physically handicapped (If applicable).
x. Copy of certificate for Ex-service men (If applicable)
xi. Experience certificate.
xii. Fee payment receipt: Evidence of fee payment receipt to be attached.

8. Application and enclosures should be neat and legible.

9. Selection will be based on the merit obtained in the qualifying examination and
desirable qualification as per recruitment matrix.
10. Recruitment process will be conducted by the committee appointed by Commissioner
of Health & Family Welfare for this purpose.
11. Appointments will be initially for period of one year on outsourcing basis.

Senior ESSENTIAL: A MBBS with post graduate Psychiatry qualification e.g.,
Consult MD or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in Psychiatry

obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D or qualification recognized equivalent
thereto.
