WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, CARLOS U. HAG-OP, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and a

resident of Barangay Lupa, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the declared owner of a certain parcel of land located at Sittio

Lower Cayabyab, Barangay Lupa, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya with an
area of 0.7366 hectares, declared, with ARP No. 2017-100017-0717
and PIN No. 012-10-0017-058-03;

2. I recognize and affirm that in the declared parcel of land it is

embraced under Original Certificate of Title No. CARP2014000866
registered under the name of my son, JHOMAR B. HAG-OP;

3. JHOMAR, being the registered owner of the said parcel of land, it is

just and proper that he will also be the declared owner under the
tax declaration of the above-described parcel of land;

4. Hence, I am waiving my administrative rights over the said parcel

of land in favor of JHOMAR, in order for him to have a tax
declaration of his property registered under his name, and for him
to personally pay for the taxes of the parcel of land;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing statements.
