The document provides instructions for proper clutch and brake control when driving a vehicle. It explains that the clutch leg should only be relaxed when the vehicle is in neutral gear and the brake leg should only be relaxed when the handbrake is engaged. It describes how the right foot should be positioned on the brake when the clutch is closed and on the accelerator when the clutch is open. Finally, it gives tips for controlling speed using clutch positioning and instructions for smoothly switching gears while releasing the clutch.

1) Relax clutch leg only if the gear is in neutral. 2) Relax break leg only if the hand-gear is locked.
5) Clutch Left Leg and Right Leg Combinations:
1) When clutch is closed, right toe must be on Break. 2) When Clutch is open, right toe must be on Accelerator.
6) Speed Control using Clutch:
The below is very important for controlled driving and for reversing: 1) Release clutch to reach the biting point (Half open clutch) to move car at a steady slow speed. 2) To reduce speed when we are at clutch biting point, full close the clutch. 3) To stop the car, full close the clutch and apply break. 4) To increase the speed when we are at clutch biting point, open the clutch a wee bit more, as needed. 5) To increase the speed still higher, full open the clutch and apply accelerator a wee bit, as needed.
Releasing Clutch to switch gear:
1) While releasing clutch to switch to first or second gear, release clutch very gradually and slowly. 2) While releasing clutch to switch to third or fourth or fifth gear, release clutch quickly with just a single halt half-way through while releasing.
