CEILING
To supply and install fibre cement board c/w fiunishing include paint
existing colours
Replace damaged plaster board in ceiling with 12mm thick plaster board
complete and all other related works
Replace damaged plaster board in ceiling with 9mm thick plaster board
complete and all other related works
Replace damaged timber strip in ceiling and all other related works
Replace damaged aluminium frame in ceiling and all other related works
Paint two finishing coats of emulsion paint on the plaster ceiling board and
all related works
WALL
Brickwall
Repair damaged brickwall 225mm thick including hacking, concreting work,
supply of materials and all other related works
Wall Plastering
Repair crack or spalled plaster on wall surface including all the necessary
hacking work, concreting and plastering works

Replaced damaged wall finishes including supply of ceramic Tiles or
equivalent to current (hacking, lay cement render and etc) as per directed

PAINTING

Paint a layer of undercoat and two layers of emulsion paint on walls
including cleaning, scraping and filling works
Paint two coats of finishing emulsion paint to match existing door colours
Painting (Outdoor)
Paint a layer of undercoat and two layers of weatherbond paint on walls
including cleaning, scraping and filling works
Paint futsal court fence frame inclusive of 2 layer gloss paint and
preliminaries work as approve by PR
To paint railing at basement parking with one coat of antirust paint and two
coats of exterior metal paint with gloss appearance, excellent durability and
fungus resistant including cleaning and scraping works as directed and
approved by P.R.
WATERPROOFING
Resurface water proofing with 'Arcylic based water proofing UV coating" for
water tank floor

Replace damaged 100mm diameters half round eaves gutter to MS 1063
including jointing and fixing with brackets at 900mm cc, with stopped end
angle or outlet including supply of materials and all other related works
To replace new gutter as per existing size (2m - 3m) with appropriate
method as approved by P.R.

KITCHEN CABINET
Replace damaged kitchen kabinet complete concrete base and table top,

moisture resistant type 16mm thick including frame, handle and hinges

Porthole Repair
Works involves cutting of the existing surface, remove top layer (30mm-
50mm), repair base, lay new asphalt layer and compact using vibratory
plate compactor include other related works
Parking Repair
Lift & remove block paving, level up with grit, re-lay block paving, compact
and apply sand
Replace damage heavy duty speed hump size 50mm x 350mm x 1000mm,
complete with accessories
Replace damage heavy duty speed hump (end cap), complete with
accessories
DRAINAGE
Replace damaged 100mm diameter drains including supply of materials
and labour
Replace missing or damaged concrete cover slab with 50mm thick precast
concrete slab 300mm wide cast in approximately 600mm length or
equivalent to existing
Supply and lay new chequered plate with a minimum size of 1m2 and 3mm
thickness
WATER TANK
Replace damaged part including supply, install complete with finishes and
all other related works as listed
Removing the damaged FRP tank panel (1000mm x 1000mm) to allow for
new panel replacement work
Supply and install new MS G.I bolt, nut & washer at side panel join area
FENCING
Repairing works of broken fence (thickness 3mm with green PVC. 50mm
diamond shape) c/w fastener, stretcher wire & all accessories needed

S.O, inclusive touchup cement screed hole & ponding area to receive new
EPDM flooring
