TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME I, KAMALI RAJU (Holder of
National Identity Card No: 827829929V) of No.30, Rajagiriya Road, Rajagiriya
(hereinafter sometimes called or referred to as the “said DONOR”)

-: S E N D S G R E E T I N G S :-
WHEREAS under by virtue of Deed No: 201 dated 10th May 1989 and Deed of
Rectification No.667 dated 5th June 1995 both attested by P. Ranasinghe Notary Public,
the said Donor is the lawful owner and proprietor of or otherwise well and sufficiently
entitled to the land and premises morefully described in the schedule hereto.

AND WHEREAS the said DONOR is desirous of gifting and donating the said land
and premises unto his Daughter VIMALI RAJU (Holder of National Identity Card No:
882313310V) of No. 90, Wallawatta Road, Rajagiriya (Hereinafter called or referred to as
the “said DONEE”) SUBJECT TO LIFE INTEREST of RAMALINGAM RAJU and the said

Donor KAMALI RAJU and subject to right to revoke this gift without recourse to Law by
the said Donor KAMALI RAJU.

NOW KNOWN YE AND THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that the said Donor in
consideration of Natural Love and affection which the said Donor has and bear unto the
said Donee and for diverse other goods causes and consideration hereunto specially
moving doth hereby freely and voluntarily give grant convey transfer assign set over and
assure unto the said Donee as a Gift INTERVIVOS absolute and revocable the land and
premises in the said Schedule hereto fully and particularly described together with all
and singular the buildings and plantations thereon and the rights way water courses
privileges easements servitudes and appurtenances whatsoever thereof or thereunto in
any wise belonging or used or enjoyed thereof or reputed to belong or appurtenant
thereto as part or parcel thereof and all estate, right title interest claim and demand
whatsoever of the said Donor in to upon or out of the same and all title deeds vouchers
and other writings relating thereto.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said land and premises hereby gifted and assigned
or intended so to be and every part thereof of the value of RUPEES THREE MILLION (Rs.
3,000,000/=) lawful money of Sri Lanka unto the said Donee and her heirs executors,
administrators and assigns forever.

AND the said Donor do hereby for herself and her heirs executors and
administrators covenant and declare with and to the said Donee and her aforewritten
that the said Land and premises hereby gifted and assigned and every part thereof are
free from all encumbrances and that the said Donor have good right and full power to
gift and assign the said land and premises and that the said Donor and her aforewritten
shall and will always warrant and defend the title of the said land and premises hereby
gifted and assigned and every part thereof against any person or persons whatsoever and
shall and will all times hereinafter at the request and cost of the said Donee and her
aforewritten do and execute or caused to be done and executed all such further and other
acts, deeds matters and things which shall or may be necessary for the better or more
perfectly assuring the said land and premises hereby gifted and assigned and every part
thereof unto the said Donee and her aforewritten as by her or her aforewritten shall or
may be reasonably required.
AND KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT the said Donee VIMALI
RAJU doth hereby gratefully and thankfully accept the above Gift or Donation made to
the said Donee by these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Donor and the Donee doth their signatures
and place their thumb of left hand impressions hereunto and two others of the same
tenor and dates as these presents set their hands at Colombo on this Seventh 5th day of
September Year Two Thousand and Twenty Three (2023).

THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO:-
ALL that divided and defined allotment of Land marked LOT 5 depicted in Plan No.2784
dated 4th June 1982 and 3rd October 1983 made by Devinda Perera Licensed Surveyor
of the Land called “KETAKELAGAHAWATTE and KONGAHAWATTE” bearing
Assessment No.100, Old Nawala Road, Nawala, situated in Nawala within Grama
Niladhari Division of Thalangama North B (G.N.Div. No.437A) in the Divisional
Secretary’s Division of Kaduwela in the Kaduwela Registration Division Colombo within
the Municipal Council of Kaduwela in the Palle Pattu of Hewagam Korale in the District
of Colombo Western Province and which said LOT 3 is bounded on the NORTH by
Property of Ramsy Fernando on the EAST by Property of R. Wickramasinge on the
SOUTH by Property of Nihal Pereraand on the WEST by Nattandiya Road and
containing in extent THIRTY TWO ACRES AND FIFTEEN DECIMAL FIVE PERCHES
(A32-R0-P15.05) together with the soil trees plantation and everything standing
thereon Registered in: B 72/108 at the Colombo Land Registry.

ATTESTATION

I, JOSEPH BENERAJ RAGUL Notary Public of No. 16A 1/1, Pereira Lane, Colombo 06 in
the Judicial zone of Colombo do hereby certify and attest that the foregoing instrument
having been read over and explained by me, the said Notary, to the executants within
named the Donor-KAMALI RAJU and the Donee-VIMALI RAJU who signed this deed
“illegibly” and “illegibly” and affixed their thumbs of left hands impressions in the
presence of Mike Mohan (Holder of National Identity Card No: 623424692V) of No. 7,
Turnour Road, Colombo 02 and Nizhalkal Ravi (Holder of National Identity Card No:
982936282V) of No. 10, Galle Road, Colombo 03, subscribing witnesses hereto, and who
signed “illegibly” and “illegibly” respectively and the same was signed by the said
Executants, the said Witnesses and also by me the said Notary in my presence and in the
presence of one another, all being present at the same time at Colombo on this 5th day of
September Two Thousand and Twenty Three (2023).
And I certify that the said Donor KAMALI RAJU, the said Donee VIMALI RAJU and the
firstly named witness are known to me and the secondly named witness is not known to
me and I have checked their identity by the inspection of their National Identity Card and
prior to the execution of the foregoing instrument, I have inspected the identity card of
the executants.
And I further certify and attest that I have affixed hereto recent photographs of the
executants to the original of the deed and that the stamp duty to the value of RUPEES
SIXTY THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED (Rs.60, 500/=) was paid to the credit of the
Western Provincial Council in the State Bank of People’s Bank in proof of which the
original of such stamp duty paying in slip No. 86547 dated 05/09/2023 is affixed to the
duplicate and the copy to the Protocol and the original of this instrument bears an
adhesive stamp of the value of Rs. 1/=.
And I also certify that I have renewed my License for the year 2023.
