 Follow up on Samsung business

 Follow up on UPA
 Visit our client and take there feedback on Samsung Ultrasound
 Collect a new clients and visit them
 Support with sales team this period
 Visit the figure client and meet them
 Anew project to marketing Samsung ultrasound (later in details )
 Consulting with clients via internal stake holders such as Product managers and sales managers.
 Design products presentations.
 Products comparison sheet Vs competition, using weighted average score for top technical needs.
 Provide technical support, training users / Sales team / Maintenance team and managers.
 Support in installing and maintaining applications on client workstations.
 Collaborating with the delivery team and clients to understand the requirements and priorities.
 Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them when necessary.
 Creating and maintaining documentation for the software products.
 Setting technical direction and ensuring adherence to IT standards and best practices.
