Business School For Advanced Leaders - Outline 2024
Business School For Advanced Leaders - Outline 2024
Introduction
The new Holcim Business School for Advanced Leaders targets the group of managers just
underneath our 200 Senior Leaders. Led by faculty from Ivey School of Business, the program
is highly interactive, intense and tightly aligned to Holcim reality and the Senior Leaders
Business School. It aims at upskilling our Advanced Leaders beyond their own function,
specific geography or single operation. The program is purely virtual.
Target Audience
Holcim’s Advanced Leaders are responsible for significant parts of the organization, being
members of local Exco and/or direct reports to our Senior Leaders.
For smaller countries, we target local Exco and P&L holders, for medium and large countries
local Exco (if they are not Senior Leaders), P&L holders, and their succession candidates.
Participants can but don’t have to be graduates of Emerging Leaders and/or ECLP.
These leaders greatly affect Holcim’s ability to progress strategically, as well as maintain,
engage, and develop people.
