own labor force, is labor migration really beneficial on its part (a

Labor migration is not a beneficial on its part (a peripheral or semi-peripheral) because they can
lost a lot of labors with skills that contribute to human capital development of receiving
countries. Migrants arrive with skills and abilities, so supplement the stock of human capital of
the host country. More specifically, evidence from the United States suggests that skilled
immigrants contributes to boosting research and innovation, as well as technological progress.
It is a big lost from a peripheral or semi-peripheral country allowing its workers to work abroad
just like the Philippines many health workers are going abroad highly trained professionals
resulting in difficult to provide needed services such as health care system.

If I were the President of a country located just beside another which currently has an ongoing civil
war, I will allow the entry of the people of the latter in case they seek refuge or asylum in me
because we are all humans they need help who has a dangerous situations in their home countries.
Helping a refugee achieve legal status in this free country is really to save a life and their bright
future ahead of them. Everyone deserve human rights it saves millions of lives and it brings back
their own freedom that is been stolen from them.
