ORDER:-

The Government of India have enacted the ‘Right to Information Act.2005’

(Central Act 22 of 2005), to provide for setting up the practical regime of right to
information for citizens to secure access to the Information under the control of
Public Authorities in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working
of every Public Authority.

2. As per section 5(1) of the ‘The Right to Information Act, 2005’ (Central Act
22 of 2005), every Public Authority shall provide information to persons requesting
for the information under this Act.

3. The Government, accordingly, designate the following Officer to provide

information relating to Public Department, to persons requesting for the information
under this Act.
