Marhaba sad marhaba phir Aamad-e-Ramazan hy ourselves but also by using our ability of making individual efforts,
Khil uthay murjhaye dil taza huwa Iman hy we will persuade other Islamic sisters too, abiding by the Islamic

should be kept save as amendments are highlighted with different

‫٭‬ Responsible Islamic sisters of all levels should confirm from
their respective sub-ordinate Responsible Islamic sisters that
do they have Points with record papers of previous year? If they
have, then only those papers in which amendments are made with
different colors should be printed and sent/ posted.
‫٭‬ If they do not have record papers of previous year, then
Responsible Islamic sister should send/ post or deliver powder
copy of only those record papers of “Points regarding month of
Ramadan” which are required by her.
‫٭‬ Those responsible Islamic sisters who do not have facility of color
printer, they should be given a black and white copy of the relevant
Madani Pearls with record papers according to the column
“Responsible Islamic sister of which level should be given this”
present in “Contents” after highlighting manually. For example,
for the report forms, the Zeli responsible Islamic sister should only
be given the report form for 'Zeli Level', the Halqa level
responsible Islamic sister should be given the report form for
'Halqa' and 'Zeli', the Area responsible Islamic sister should be
given the report form for 'Zeli', 'Halqa' and 'Area' and so on. ‫َعلٰی ھٰذا‬

sisters of Majlis of every level should give the Points for the month
of Ramadan' with the sequence of pages in an envelope to their
sub-ordinate Islamic Sisters.
﴾2﴿ Responsible Islamic Sisters of every level should post/mail the
“Points to be updated to Co-Responsible Islamic Sisters of
every level Majlis (Month of Ramadan)” to all their co responsible

﴾1﴿ Responsible Islamic sister of every level should arrange their
schedule like that they can listen Madani Muzakara easily for
getting Madani pearls of Shaykh-e-Tareeqat,
Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat ‫دامت برکاتھم العالیہ‬

Regarding receipt
﴾1﴿ In big cities, Responsible Islamic sister of kabina should
receive receipt books form Responsible Islamic sister of
Majlis-e-Maliyat (kabina level) for delivering in areas during the
month of Jamadi-ul-aakhir.
‫ ٭‬In small cities, Responsible Islamic sister of Division should
receive receipt books form Responsible Islamic sister of
Majlis-e-Maliyat (Division level) for delivering in areas during the
month of Jamadi-ul-aakhir.
‫ ٭‬Where Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis-e-Maliyat (kabina or
Division level) are not appointed yet, then Responsible Islamic sister
of kabina should arrange receipt books form Majlis-e-Maliyat
through Responsible Islamic brother of Majlis Assistance for
Islamic sister (kabina level).
‫ ٭‬Until 12 of Jamadi-ul-aakhir, the form of “Demand form of
Reciept Books” should be submitted to Nigran Islamic sister of
Pakistan and Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis finance in Pakistan
and in Overseas this form should be submitted to Responsible
Islamic Sister of Region (overseas) and Responsible Islamic brother
of Majlis Assistance for Islamic Sisters (Country/ Region) so that it
can be followed up that have receipt books reached everywhere or
not? (Form is enclosed in the record file)
﴾2﴿ In overseas, if Responsible Islamic sisters of Kabina, submit
the reasons of not receiving the receipt books from Responsible
Islamic brothers of Majlis assistance for Islamic sister (kabina level)
then forward the reasons to Responsible Islamic brother of Majlis
Assistance for Islamic sisters (Zone level) that: Kabina ______
Responsible Islamic brothers of Majlis assistance for Islamic sister
Month of Ramadan
(kabina level) has refused to deliver receipt books, kindly make
rectifications.
‫ ٭‬In overseas, if problem persists, convey the same message to
Responsible Islamic sister of Region country and she should mail
to Responsible Islamic brother of Majlis Assistance for Islamic
sisters (Region Country level).
Targets for Donations
﴾3﴿ By taking in confidence, all Responsible Islamic sisters should
be assigned a target willingly with the help of “Details of
submitting donations (from zeli to world level), (for
Madrasa-tul-Madinah (adults), (lil-banat), (running under the supervision of
Area Majlis)” (Target should be calculated as 12000/= per Islamic sister attached
with Madani environment). (This paper is enclosed in the record file)
﴾4﴿ For collecting Fitra, assign target separately. Make persuasion
for collecting Fitra so that more donation could be collected.
﴾5﴿ At the time of assigning targets, the responsible Islamic sister
should repeat the following words “the target is not our
destination, our destination is to seek pleasure of ‫ ”اہلل پاک‬therefore,
never create differences among you just for completing the target.
‫ ٭‬Responsible Islamic sister of Madani work in
Haramain-e-Tayyibain should make arrangement of collectin
donations in month or Ramazan, Rabi-ul-awwal and during Hajj
according to the Report form of “Details of collecting donations
in Harmain-e-Tayyibain.

‫ ٭‬Other regions (overseas) should assign of target (per Islamic sister
attached with Madani environment) according to their country’s currency.
‫ ٭‬Every Responsible Islamic sister should also assign personal target
to their subordinates and update about it to Responsible Islamic
sister of their residential zeli halqa so that they can submit their
personal donations in their relevant zeli halqa.
‫ ٭‬In order to collect Donations, the following method should be
adopted. First, make two lists:
1: Individual List 2: Congregational List
a) Individual List (for fulfilling personal target): In this list, write down
the names of people including family members, relatives,
neighbors, friends and those relatives and friends who live
overseas (who are not in contact with Responsible Islamic sisters of
Dawat-e-Islami. And make their contact with Responsible Islamic sisters of
Dawat-e-Islami afterwards). (Remember that if any of them already submits
donations to Dawat-e-Islami then do not make arrangement from them)
‫ ٭‬Individually, first collect zakat, fitra, sadqaat etc from your
own home, meet relatives and contact them through
whatsapp / messaging and share the excellences of spending
in the way of ‫اہلل َعزَّ َوج َّل‬, or by writing persuade them to give
donations and collect donations from them.

‫ ٭‬Try and persuade those who love Dawat-e-Islami to submit all
the zakat, fitra, sadqat etc from their home to Dawat-e-Islami.
b) Congregational List: In this list, include the names of those
responsible Islamic Sisters of the city, area, halqa, zeli halqa
mushawarat who have given donations before and who have
come in contact during last 12 months.
‫ ٭‬Congregationally, all responsible Islamic sister whether of
city, area, halqa, zeli halqa majlis, should try to complete the
target of donations according to their responsibility.
‫ ٭‬If there is any such responsible Islamic sister who was
performing Madani activities, but now days does not have any
responsibility due to any illness/ trouble or compulsion then
specially visit them during the month of Rajab-ul-Murajjab
and make persuasion for collecting donations and assign
targets because common Islamic sisters used to give them
donations due to acquaintance.
﴾6﴿ Responsible Islamic sisters of Kabina/ region Zone / country
and Majlis Overseas along with world level Majlis and responsible
Islamic sisters of departments (world level) should make persuasion
on all responsible Islamic sisters for achieving their assigned
targets and striving for collecting donations by delivering
persuading speeches in different divisions during month of
Rajab-ul-Murajjab, Sha’ban and Ramadan.
‫ ٭‬Tell the methods of collecting donations clearly in speech so that
responsible Islamic sisters can learn making individual efforts and
satisfying their brother, sister, neighbor, maternal aunt, maternal
uncle, paternal aunt, paternal uncle and students, teachers of
school, stitching Centre etc. by giving answers of their excuses in a
better way. Beside this also narrate:
a) To whom zakat is obligatory?
b) To whom zakat could be given? And to whom cannot be given?

c) Torment of not paying Zakat?
d) In which departments, Dawat-e-Islami is working, its expenses,
need of it for reforming Muslims?
e) Narrate deterioration of society for example stealth, murder,
fashion, misbehaving with parents etc.
f) Responsible Islamic sisters should remove their hesitation and do
this Madani work for seeking the pleasure of Allah‫ عَزَّوجل‬and as
sadqa-e-jariya for them and their parents. (All these points should be
included in speech). Reading, listening and delivering Speech in
meetings and Congregations from Bahar-e-Shariat part-5 chapter
“Sadaqaat-e-Nafl ka byan”, booklet of Aala Hazrat ِِّ‫عَلَیْہِ رَحْمَۃُ رَب‬
ْ‫الْعِزَّت‬
“Rah-e-Khuda main kharch karnay ka sawab” and
published books of Maktaba-tul-Madinah named “Questions and
answers about donations”, “Ziya-e-Sadqat”, “Chanday ki
shar’i ihtiyaatain” and “Faizan-e-Zakat” will be very helpful in
this regard. Beside these, also persuade for listening Madani
Muzakaras No. 71, 72, 73.
g) Amount of 52½ tola silver and 7½ tola of gold should also be
narrated in speech.
h) After speech, narrate “Announcement to be done in month of
Shaban-ul-Mu’azzam. (This paper is included in record file)
i) Also make contacts with all Responsible Islamic sister and
particularly Kabina and Division level nigraan Islamic sister and
Responsible Islamic sister of Jami’a-tul- Madinah (Lilbanat) (Make its
arrangement with consent of Responsible Islamic sister of Jamia-tul-Madinah
keeping in view that the studies of Jamia-tul-Madinah should not be affected),
Madrasa- tul-Madinah (Lil-banat), Dar ul Madinah (Lilbanat) and
Taweezat-e- Attaria (Lil-banat) by telephone or by meeting
personally and persuade them about achieving their targets.
(Remember! that the donations received by these Responsible Islamic sisters will not
be counted in their performance report, but it will be included at Pakistan and global
level)
‫ ٭‬Form the first Ashara of Ramadan ul Mubarak, Responsible
Islamic sisters of Kabina/ /region/ Zone / country for following up

donations, can hold telephonic meeting with her two sub-ordinate
levels (whether there is shara’i travel or not).
‫ ٭‬Those pass out students of Jami’a-tul-Madinah(lil-banat) /
Madrasa-tul- Madinah(lil-banat) / Madrasa-tul-Madinah online/
Dar-ul-Madina (who are not in contact of their relevant Responsible
Islamic sister) or those who have organizational responsibility
should submit donations to Area majlis after collecting from
subordinate Islamic sisters. Although they have option for
submitting personal donations (which they would receive from relatives or
neighbors) either to Jami’a- tul-Madinah (lil-banat) / Madrasa-tul-
Madinah (lil-banat) / Madrasa-tul-Madinah online/ Dar-ul-madina or
to Area Majlis.
‫ ٭‬Remember! for avoiding conflicts, do not argue upon submission
of donations of relatives, neighbors etc. of these students in their
institutes, even though their names are also included in your list of
associated Islamic sisters.
Personalities Congregation

1In 3 week of Rajab-ul-Murajjab and Shaban-ul-Muazzam, at
Division level, personalities congregation should be arranged. It
will take place twice, for this, select two areas of the division such
as all wealthy Islamic Sisters can attend this congregation from
surrounding. Intentions of this congregation would be collected by
Responsibele Islamic sisters of Majlis-e-Rabita and
Shoba-e-Taleem (Division level)
‫ ٭‬Invite Islamic sisters concerning department of Majlis-e-Rabita
and Subordinate departments, Department of Education and its
subordinate departments, through Responsible islamic sister of
aforementioned departments (Division and kabina level) and
Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis Finance (kabina level). Make
their participation certain up to 100%.

‫ ٭‬Use whatsapp to forward the pamphlet for the “congregation” (This

‫ ٭‬The wealthy Islamic Sisters who have attended the congregation
once, do not invite them to the second congregation in Sha’ban.
‫ ٭‬Do not arrange refreshments in Personalities’ congregation. But if
few responsible Islamic Sisters wish to arrange juice or
refreshments, they may do so.
‫ ٭‬If Personalities’ congregation is at the residence of personality
Islamic sister and she wishes to arrange refreshments, she may
arrange.
‫ ٭‬The place and time of the personalities’ congregation should also
be informed to Responsible Islamic brother of Majlis Assistance
for Islamic Sisters (Kabinah Level) so that in can also be publicized
through him.
‫ ٭‬Depending on the area situation, all areas should be given target of
26 or 41 rich Islamic sisters for participation.
‫ ٭‬Also contact those Islamic sisters included in donor list, prepared
by the Majlis finance and make them attend.
‫ ٭‬The Islamic sisters, who donated large amount last year and new
Islamic sisters who came in contact during 12 months should also
be persuaded to participate in this congregation.
2 Make arrangement of this personality’s congregation according to
“Schedule of Personalities’ congregation”. (This paper is in record

3 Nigraan Islamic sister of kabina should tell the amount of costing
52½ tola silver and 7½ tola gold to all nigraan Islamic sister of
Division level majlis so that they can narrate in speech of this
personalities’ congregation.
4 If possible, distribute booklet named “Dawat-e-Islami ki
Jhalkiyan”, “Islah-e-Ummat mei Dawat-e-Islami ka kirdar” and

make them intend to submit later on and note their intentions in

Collect from them according to their intentions, submit to Nigran

on them, collect their comments. Through responsible Islamic

Mehfil-e- Na’at
﴾1﴿ During month of Rajab-ul-Murajjab, Shaban-ul-Muazzam and
Ramazan-ul-Mubarak, preacher Islamic sister should keep
Receipt book with them, wherever they go for congregation of
Mehfil-e-Na’at. At the end of the speech, give encouragement to
give donations for 5 minutes. So that if anybody give donations,
she could also be presented Receipt on spot.
Striving for donation collection through different
departments
i- Madrasatul Madina (Adults)
a) Nigraan Islamic sister of zeli halqa Majlis should assign a
target to all her Responsible Islamic sisters, to teachers of
Madrasa-tul-Madinah(adults), (Lil-banat) and (which are running under

the supervision of area Majlis) and through teachers, target should be
assigned to every student of Madrasa-tul-Madinah. Moreover, the
details should be written in form “Individual details of islamic
sister submitting Madani donations (zeli halqa) and
(Madrasa-tul-Madinah (adult)” for every islamic sister. And keep it
safely for taking help in next year. (Both these papers are enclosed in record
file)
b) Responsible Islamic sister of Area level Majlis with co-responsible
Islamic sisters should visit Madrasa tul Madinah (for adults),
(Lil-banat) (which are temporarily running under the supervision of area Responsible
Islamic sister) and should visit Institutes and Madaris then by
delivering speech of at least 26 minutes about “Excellences of
spending money for the sake of ‫”اہلل‬. Narrate the amount of
costing 52½ tola silver and 7½ tola gold and by narrating expenses
and Madani Parables of Dawat-e-Islami, persuade them to donate
for Dawat-e-Islami. (It is better that in Madaris these persuasion should be
made by Responsible Islamic sister of Madrasa-tul- Madinah (adults) (Halqa and area
level) and segment of “Training” included in their schedule would not be conducted
on this day)
c) All the Responsible Islamic sisters should advise their subordinate
Responsible Islamic sisters that Madrasa-tul-Madinah (adults),
should not be closed in the month of Ramadan.
d) Responsible Islamic sister of Madrasa-tul-Madina (adult) (kabina
level) should arrange madani meeting of all teachers of her kabina
in last week of Rajab-ul-Murajjab. And train them about following
points taking help from book “Faizan-e-Ramazan”, that:
‫ ٭‬It may be the last Ramazan of our life, so we should not waste any
second of it.
‫ ٭‬Rewards of virtues are multiplied during this month.
‫ ٭‬Millions are forgiven in this month, who knows that may our name
would also be included in those forgiven by the blessings of
teaching in Madrasa-tul-Madina (adults)
Month of Ramadan
e) Donations collected by madrasatul madina will be submitted to
Nigraan Islamic sister of relevant Zeli Halqa, regardless if the
Madrasa-tul-Madina is held in premises of jamia-tul-Madina or a
Madrasa-tul-Madina. the donation will be submitted to the zeli
nigraan
Majlis Tajheez-o-Takfeen
‫ ٭‬Provide “Details of collecting donations (for responsible Islamic
sister of Tajheez-o-Takfeen (Area level) to the Responsible Islamic
sister of Tajheez-o-Takfeen (area level) and tell them that wherever
they have gone for bathing deceased, write their names with the
help of “Particulars of relative of deceased” form and collect
donations from them. It should be prior decided that to whom
either Nigraan of Area has to make contact or Responsible Islamic
sister Tajheez-o-Takfeen (Area level), so that same Islamic sister
would not be contacted by many Islamic sisters at a time.
Wherever bathing of deceased has been performed by our Islamic
sister, Responsible Islamic sister of Tajheez-o-Takfeen (Area level)
should herself, or through the Islamic sister who gave bath to
deceased should contact them and collect donations. Submit this
amount to Nigraan Islamic sister of residential zeli halqa.
However, also inform to Responsible Islamic sister of
Tajheez-o-Takfeen (area level) the amount of donation with details
of its heads. (“Details of submitting donations (For Responsible Islamic

Majlis short courses
‫ ٭‬Assign targets to the teachers of the short courses held by the
Majlis short courses during Rajab-ul-Murajjab,
sha’ban-ul-Mua’zzam and Ramazan-ul-Mubarak that they
persuade learner Islamic sisters to donate. Nigran Islamic sister of
Area should provide Reciept Book to teacher of course and follow
up as well.

Attaria placed in Kabina and persuade them effectively for
donations and train them.

donation will be made by Responsible Islamic sister of Stall

Islamic sister of relevant Zeli Halqa (but remember that we do not have
permission to go door to door at strangers’ house to collect Madani donations)
Weekly Sunnah Inspiring Congregation and
Monthly Division Madani Session
1) In all the weekly sunnah inspiring congregations and monthly
Division Madani Session during month of Rajab-ul-Murajjab and
Shaban-ul-Mua’zzam, “supplication to be recited in the month of
Rajab” should be included in congregational prayer. As it is
practice of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat (Madani muzakara 1364) (This
supplication can be found in the booklet 'Return of the shroud')
2) Narrate the amount of costing 52½ tola silver and 7½ tola gold in
weekly sunnah inspiring ocngregation and monthly Division
Madani Halqa and persuade them to donate for Dawat-e-Islami.
3) From the second week of Rajab-ul Murajjab till last week of
Shawwal-ul-Mukarram, Nigraan Islamic sister of Area Majlis
should make arrangements of a stall of Madani donations by
giving receipt books to a confident and trustworthy Islamic sister
in all weekly sunnah inspiring congregations, sunnah inspiring
congregation of Responsible Islamic sisters (in which Daughter of
Attar ‫ سلمھا الغفِّار‬or Nigraan Islamic sisters of world level Majlis, region/ Zone
or kabina level Majlis are present), and Monthly Division Madani
session and follow these methods:-

a) Place 2 boxes labeled as: “Zakat” and “Fitra (sadqa-e-wajiba)” in
broad letters.
b) A sensible Islamic sister should be assigned to stand near these

placed. And Nafali donation is to be dropped in Donation
boxes.
c) Also display a banner. (“Sample of the banner” is enclosed).
d) It is better to arrange for a security volunteer (only in those Sunnah
inspired congregation or a Monthly division Madani session where the number
of participants is more than 63)
e) Islamic sister should call out (with the veil of voice) also in the
month of Rajab, Sha’ban and Ramadan, the following phrase
“Donate your zakat and sadaqat to Dawat-e-Islami and
participate in virtuous deeds.”
f) Keep the madani box however it is normally kept.
g) Collect the nafli sadaqaat apart from zakat and fill in the form
of submitting donations under other heads of account.
h) Every week, in Sunnah inspiring congregations and monthly
division Madani session, make the receipt of donations
collected in box and submit this amount to Responsible Islamic

i) The donations collected in those weekly congregation where

Kabina and Divisions by calling them in meeting of performance
Report and collect after taking in consideration all things (i.e. give

‫ ٭‬If any nigraan Islamic sister from Zeli to world level Majlis and
Co-Responsible Islamic sister (Zeli to world level) wishes to go for
Umrah during the month of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak then make them
understand that in Ramadan-ul-Mubarak people tend towards

‫ ٭‬Make good intentions with enthusiasm but after thinking. Reflect
on your heart, present only those intentions for whatever you can
act upon with steadfastness.
‫٭‬ Do not make the common Islamic sisters intended in the weekly
sunnah inspiring congregations.
‫٭‬ Only include the intentions of those Islamic Sisters who do not yet
act upon whatever is being intended.
‫٭‬ Give the names of Islamic Sisters who have made good intentions
to their responsible Islamic sister so the Responsible Islamic sister
can follow up.
‫٭‬ The nigraan Islamic sister of Zeli Level should follow up those
Islamic sisters who have made good intentions and should note the
dates. For example, 'Till what time will you start performing that
Madani activity'? etc.

those having wrong beliefs. See more details on page 19 of

‫ ٭‬donations given especially for Madaaris running in the area or
any particular Masjid then request her to contact directly in that
Madrasa or Masjid and donate there directly.
‫ ٭‬Grocery items (clothes, grocery etc) will not be included in the
annual donation. However, after consulting the zone nigraan
Islamic sister, it can be collected and given to a needy responsible
Islamic sister
‫ ٭‬Never accept donations for “Dam” of Hajj and Umrah as this
dam for Hajj or Umrah must be paid within the limits of the
Haram Shareef.
‫ ٭‬Responsible Islamic sisters are not allowed to perform Heela of
Salah and fasts. Although guide the Islamic sister to read “Salah
for Islamic sisters” page number or contact to Dar-ul-Ifta ahl-e-
sunnat herself.
‫ ٭‬If fidya is for fasts, and amount is equivalent of complete fidya (so that no
repeatedly heela needed to be done) then it can be received and give general

required fidya then seek guidance from Dar-ulIfta Ahl-e-Sunnat.
Miscellaneous
1 If gold or silver is received in Waajiba or Naafila donation, then
after asking its standard value from Islamic brother of donation
cell through mehram Islamic brother, write in your Report form.
Take photo of this gold or silver and submit with receipt to Majlis
Maliyat (Finance). It is not allowed to sell or exchange it with your own.
2 If someone gives Prize bond in Donations, it can be accepted;
remember! Prize bonds are equivalent to cash. In the same way as
we keep cash safe, we also need to keep prize bonds safe. On the
receipt write “Prize bond” and in details, write the total number
of bond and the responsible Islamic Sister should submit the
bonds and should not cash it or exchange herself.
‫ ٭‬Similarly, it is not allowed to keep or exchange foreign currency
with your own.
3 A cheque can be received for either wajiba (Zakat, Fitrah, Ushr etc)
or nafila donation. But in this case, the cross cheque should be
written on the name of Dawat e Isami and the responsible Islamic
Sister should submit the cheque. Be cautious for submitting the
cheque as aoon as possible so that it could be cash on time.
‫ ٭‬If you receive a cheque for waajibah donation then always make
the giver aware that if the bank is open as usual, your wajiba will
be paid within 15 to 20 days in case of being cleared in the bank

About receipts
1 When receiving donations for Dawat e Islami, fill out all the
details on the receipt (name, phone number, address, email address etc).
Circle the category of the donation (Zakat, Fitrah, Ushr etc) which is
being given in a clear way. Remember! Your little mistake or
negligence of not making the category clear can be the cause of
ruining a person’s Zakat or fitrah. This is why when receiving
donations, the full details of the category should be written on the
receipt and along with this, the details should be written in the
register so that the details of the donations are not wasted in any
case. The phone number of the donator should be written on the
receipt along with the signature of the donor so that if any type of
detail is required, the giver can be easily contacted. Similarly, if
an Islamic Sister submits donations on behalf of someone else,
then take the details of both.
‫ ٭‬If an Islamic sister donates 15,000 and says 10,000 for zakat, then
write 10,000 in front of zakat in table given on receipt. Then she
said, 5,000 for Langar-e-Razawiya, so write “langar-e-Razawiya”
in table and write its amount of 5000. Then she said, 5000 for
Sadqah, so write 5000 in Sadqa-e-Nafila. (the method of filling in the
receipt should be taught on a projector wherever possible)

‫٭‬ Make it known to everybody that Responsible Islamic sisters of
Dawat-e-Islami never receive donations without giving receipt.
And never collect donation without giving receipt.
‫٭‬ Always give receipts of received donations. If anyone says that
they do not need a receipt, that they trust Dawat e Islami, still try
and make her mindset to take the receipt, through this receipt,
your message can reach to many family members. If possible,
give a booklet to them published by Maktaba tul Madinah.
‫٭‬ If anybody said that I will donate so and so amount, then never write on
receipt her intention only, until you have not received amount from her.
‫٭‬ Responsible Islamic sister of Division and kabina should make
sure that receipts of all donations which are submitted to Majlis
finance have been collected and there is no difference in sum of
Receipts and report forms.
‫٭‬ Responsible Islamic sister of Kabina, Zone and region should
also keep following up that all receipts books have been
submitted back to Majlis finance.
‫ ٭‬At the time of receiving back the receipt books of donations from
sub-ordinate Islamic sisters, check attentively whether the
receipts are completely filled or not otherwise get these
completed by them. For acting easily upon it, it is necessary that
Receipt books should be given to sub-ordinate Islamic sister with
keeping proper record of its serial numbers. Rather distributing it
improperly.
‫ ٭‬It should be explained to responsible Islamic sister that there may
be misuse of receipt book in case of not using carefully and not
giving back on time. To whom receipt books are given, it is a
trust. Not returning of receipts or missing by carelessness is

2 It is not allowed according to Shariah or organizational rules to
spend the donations collected for Dawat e Islami on one’s
personal matters i.e. thinking that “I am eligible of receiving
Zakaat myself, I’ll keep the Zakaat” or on the matters of anyone
else privately. If this has been done, repenting is obligatory and,
in some cases, she will have to pay penalty as well. It is the
policy of the Majlis Finance that all submitted Donations should
firstly be submitted to the Majlis Finance with the details of
categories and a receipt for Maktab should be received. Then, the
money for expenses could be asked for or received in advance.
The Donations collected for Dawat-e-Islami, under any category
or department is received, should be submitted to the Finance
office according to the organizational procedures, and within the
limit and fixed categories, expenses should be made.

Meaning of Affidavit: Meaning of Affidavit is to take oath. The Noble Prophet‫ َصلَّی ا ُہّٰلل َت َعالٰی َعلَی ِہ َو آل ِ ٖہ َو َس َّلم‬has
stated, ‘One who deprives a Muslim of his right by swearing an oath, Allah will make it Wajib for him to
enter Hell, and will declare Paradise Haram for him.’ He ‫ َصلَّی ا ُہّٰلل َت َعالٰی َعلَی ِہ َو آل ِ ٖہ َو َس َّلم‬was asked, ‘Even if it is a little

thing?’ He‫ َصلَّی اہّٰللُ َت َعالٰی َعلَی ِہ َو آل ِ ٖہ َو َس َّلم‬replied, ‘Even if it is a twig of Pilu (salvadora persica) .’ [Muslim, pp. 82, Hadiš 218 (137)]

َ ِ ‫َالش ْی ٰط ِنَالرَّ ِج ْی ِم َبِ ْس ِمَاﷲَال َّر ْح ٰم ِنَال َّرح‬ َّ ‫اَلْح ْم ُدَِہّٰلِلَر ِّبَا ْل ٰعلمِیْنَوالصَّ لٰوَۃَُو‬

Madani tasks for Responsible Islamic sisters of Majlis-e-Maliyat (finance)

1. Attend meetings of Division/ kabina/Zone regarding Month of Ramazan.
2. After informing beforehand, Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis finance (Kabina level) should go the divisions, and explain the points to all
the responsible islamic sister from the booklets ““Islamic and Organizational Precautions about Collecting Donations”. and “Helpful points
regarding collecting donation” and after this, take a test.
‫ ٭‬The responsible Islamic sisters of majlis finance should complete the training and testing at division level by Jumadiul Akhir or Rajab ul
Murajab.
3. The responsible Islamic sister of majlis finance (region level) should fill the “Demand Form” according to demanded number of receipt
books in the region and mail it to the responsible Islamic sister for majlis finance (country level) and through the region nigraan to the
Responsible Islamic brother of Majlis assistance for Islamic sister (region level).
‫ ٭‬After getting the receipt in the amount ordered, distribute them.
‫ ٭‬Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis finance (Division to country level) should keep proper record when issuing receipt books to Responsible
islamci sisters. So that they can receive back all receipt books and give it to the majlis finance. It is better to issue receipt books according
to its serial numbers and submit back to Majlis finance accordingly.
‫ ٭‬Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis-e-Maliyat (Kabina level) should issue receipt book to nigraan islamic sister of kabina only. And where
Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis finance (Kabina level) is not appointed then Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis finance (Division level)
should issue receipt book to nigraan islamic sister of Division only, and none other else, so that keeping record could be handled.
4. Where is it possible, Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis finance Kabina/ Division level should make arrangement of receiving annual
donations.

﴾3﴿ Those teachers and students of Jamia-tul-Madinah (Lil-Banaat)/
Madrassa-tul-Madinah (Lil-Banaat)/ Madrasa-tul-Madinah Online
who have organizational responsibility, should submit donations
to Area majlis after collecting from subordinate Islamic sisters.
Although they have option for submitting personal donations
(which they would receive from relatives or neighbors) either to Jami’a- tul-
Madinah (lil-banat) / Madrasa-tul- Madinah (lil-banat) / Madrasa-tul-
Madinah online/ Dar-ul-madina or to Area Majlis.
‫ ٭‬The Responsible Islamic Sisters of Majlis-e-Rabita (Area to World
Level) should perform individual efforts on those personalities who
have a Madani mindset to take part in submitting Donations. All
Responsible Islamic Sisters of Majlis-e-Rabita (Division Level) should
assign target for collecting Donations to Responsible Islamic
Sisters of Majlis-e-Rabita (Area Level) and should also make them
aware of the method of achieving the assigned targets. e.g.
Prepare a list of all the (wealthy) personalities in the area; organize
a special visit with them and perform strong individual efforts on
them about Donations. The Donations collected by Responsible
Islamic Sisters of Majlis-e-Rabita (Area to World Level) will be
submitted to nigraan Islamic Sister of their residential Zeli halqa.
﴾4﴿ Donations should be collected and submitted according to the
'Helpful Madani Pearls related to Collecting Donations'. (This
paper is enclosed in the record file)
﴾5﴿ The Nigraan Islamic Sisters of Area Majlis along with Co-
Responsible Islamic Sisters (Area Level) will go to different
Madrasa-tul-Madina (Adults) and Madrasa-tul-Madina (Lil-Banaat)
Month of Ramadan
(running under the supervision of Area Majlis), and will deliver a speech
(duration will be at least 26 minutes) about the excellence of spending in
the way of Allah. The expenses and Madani Parables of Dawat e
Islami will be narrated and persuasion will be made to give
Donations to Dawat e Islami within the speech.

﴾6﴿ In 3 week of Rajab-ul-Murajjab and Shaban-ul-Muazzam, at
Division level, personalities congregation should be arranged at
any suitable place (it is better if arranged at any personality Islamic
sister’s residence) (if according to points of selecting place)
‫ ٭‬Those personalities Islamic sister who could not donate on spot,
make them intend to submit later on and Responsible Islamic
sister of Majlis-e-Rabita and Shob-e-Ta’leem should note their
intentions in paper of “Intentions made in Personalities’
congregation”. Collect from them according to their intentions,
submit to Nigran Islamic sister of Division and give them receipt .

‫ ٭‬Invite Islamic sisters concerning department of Mjajlis-e-Rabita,
and Subordinate departments, Department of Education and its
subordinate departments, through Responsible isalmic sister of
aforementioned departments (Division and kabina level) and
Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis Finance (kabina level). Make
their participation 100% certain.
‫ ٭‬There will be arrangement of emphasizing on collection of
Donations in personalities’ Congregation. So, all Co-responsible
Islamic sisters should definitely attend this Congregation.

Striving for donation collection through different
departments
i- Madrasatul Madina (Adults)
a) Nigraan Islamic sister of zeli halqa Majlis should assign a
target to all her Responsible Islamic sisters, to teachers of
Madrasa-tul-Madinah (adults), (Lil-banat) and (which are running
under the supervision of area Majlis) and through teachers, target
should be assigned to every student of Madrasa-tul-Madinah.
Moreover, the details should be written in form “Individual
details of islamic sister submitting donations (zeli halqa) and
(Madrasa-tul-Madinah (adult)” of each islamic sister. And keep it
safely for taking help in next year. (Both these papers are enclosed in
record file)
b) Responsible Islamic sister of Area level Majlis with co-
responsible Islamic sisters should visit Madrasa tul Madinah (for
adults), (Lil-banat) (which are temporarily running under the supervision of area
and should visit Institutes and Madrasas
Responsible Islamic sister)
then by delivering speech of at least 26 minutes about
“Excellences of spending money for the sake of ‫”اہلل‬. Narrate the
amount of costing 52½ tola silver and 7½ tola gold and by
narrating expenses and Madani Parables of Dawat-e-Islami,
persuade them to donate for Dawat-e-Islami. (It is better that in
Madaris these persuasion should be made by Responsible Islamic sister of
Madrasa-tul- Madinah (adults) (Halqa and area level) and segment of “Training”
included in their schedule would not be conducted on this day)
c) All the Responsible Islamic sisters should advise their
subordinate Responsible Islamic sisters that Madrasa-tul-Madinah
(adults), should not be closed in the month of Ramadan.
Month of Ramadan
d) Responsible Islamic sister of Madrasa-tul-Madina (adult) (kabina
level) should arrange madani meeting of all teachers of her kabina
in last week of Rajab-ul-Murajjab. And train them about
following points taking help from book “Faizan-e-Ramazan”,
that:
‫ ٭‬It may be the last Ramazan of our life, so we should not waste
any second of it.
‫ ٭‬Rewards of virtues are multiplied during this month.
‫ ٭‬Millions are forgiven in this month, who knows that may our
name would also be included in those forgiven by the blessings of
teaching in Madrasa-tul-Madina (adults)
e) Donations collected by madrasatul madina will be submitted to
Nigraan Islamic sister of relevant Zeli Halqa, regardless if the
Madrasa-tul-Madina is held in premises of jamia-tul-Madina or a
Madrasa-tul-Madina. the donation will be submitted to the zeli
nigraan.
Majlis Tajheez-o-Takfeen
‫ ٭‬Provide “Details of collecting donations (for responsible Islamic
sister of Tajheez-o-Takfeen (Area level) to the Responsible Islamic
sister of Tajheez-o-Takfeen (area level) and tell them that wherever
they have gone for bathing deceased, write their names with the
help of “Particulars of relative of deceased” form and collect
donations from them. It should be prior decided that to whom
either Nigraan of Area has to make contact or Responsible
Islamic sister Tajheez-o-Takfeen (Area level), so that same Islamic
sister would not be contacted by many Islamic sisters at a time.

Wherever bathing of deceased has been performed by our Islamic
sister, Responsible Islamic sister of Tajheez-o-Takfeen (Area level)
should herself, or through the Islamic sister who gave bath to
deceased should contact them and collect donations. Submit this
amount to Nigraan Islamic sister of residential zeli halqa.
However, also inform to Responsible Islamic sister of Tajheez-o-
Takfeen (area level) the amount of donation with details of its
heads. (“Details of submitting donations (For Responsible Islamic sister
of Tajheez-o-Takfeen (area level)” is available in the record file)
Majlis short courses
‫ ٭‬Assign targets to the teachers of the short courses held by the
Majlis short courses during Rajab-ul-Murajjab, sha’ban-ul-
Mua’zzam and Ramazan-ul-Mubarak that they persuade learner
Islamic sisters to donate. Nigran Islamic sister of Area should
provide Receipt Book to teacher of course and follow up as well.
Majlis tawizate attariya
‫ ٭‬If the stall of Taweezat-e-Attaria (lil-banat) is arranged in any Zone
then in Rajab-ul-murajjab the Nigraan Islamic sister of Zone
should gather nigraan Islamic sisters of all stalls of Taweezat
Attaria placed in Kabina and persuade them effectively for
donations and train them.
‫ ٭‬In the speech, assign the target to Responsible Islamic sister of
Majlis taweezat e Attaria (Zone level) with the help of “Details of
submitting donations (for Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis taweezat e
Attaria ( Kabinat level). Although arrangement of collecting donation

convince for donating (but do not contact them for achieving personally
assigned target). Decide with the Nigraan Islamic sister of area
Majlis that which personalities will be visited by Responsible
Islamic Sister of Majlis-e-Rabita and which personalities will be
persuaded by Responsible Islamic Sister of Area Majlis.
‫ ٭‬Only one responsible Islamic sister should be in contact with a
personality for collecting donations and the amount of donations
that personality has given before should be kept in mind when
contacting them.

‫ ٭‬Donations collected by Responsible Islamic sisters of Majlis-e-
Rabita (area to world level) will be submitted to Nigraan Islamic
sister of relevant Zeli Halqa (but remember that we do not have
permission to go door to door at strangers’ house to collect Madani
donations)
‫ ٭‬Relevant Responsible islamic sister should be updated and keep
following up for donations collected from the departments of
Madrasa-tul-Madina adults, short courses, Majlis-e-Rabita,
Shoba-e-Taleem and tajheez-o-Takfeen and for this fill the form
of “Details of submitting Donations (For Madrasa-tul-Madina
adults, short courses, Majlis-e-Rabita, Shoba-e-Taleem and tajheez-o-Takfeen)
(Area to world Level) and submit according to method given in this form)

‫٭‬ Responsible Islamic sister of majlis Taweezat-e-Attaria (Country
level) should submit the form to Nigran Islamic sister of country
along with submitting to Responsible Islamic brother of Mjlis
Taweezat-e-Attaria. (forms for Responsible Islamic sisters of Taweezat-
e-Attaria (stall to world level) are enclosed in record file)
8 The funds collected from household boxes and pink boxes will be
counted in yearly donations. Responsible Islamic sister of
donations should submit her performance report to the nigraan
Islamic sister of 8 madani activities.
9 As following routine, the responsible Islamic sister for donation
box at zeli level should submit these donations to Responsible
Islamic sister of donation box (division level), and she should
further submit to nigran Islamic sister of Division and along with

the annual donations, this amount would be counted in the
performance report.
‫٭‬ As the funds collected from household boxes and pink boxes
would be counted in annual donation, so responsible Islamic
sister of donation box will submit her performance report
according to organizational procedures, but she has to mention
these words on form that “the amount collected from donation
boxes have been submitted in annual donation and did not
submitted to the Majlis”
10 For the monthly donations e.g. Madani channel, constructions,
Langar-e-Razawiyya, U’shr and for particular purposes, Receipt
would be made from annual Receipt book but it should be
mentioned on Receipt that “For monthly donations”.
‫ ٭‬At the end of the receipt book, two columns should be made as
follows and write details of annual and monthly donations:

11 In order to collect Donations with great caution, read
thoroughly the book “Islamic and Organizational Precautions
about Collecting Donations with great concentration by the
month of Jamadi-ul- Aakhir, because in the month of Jamadi-ul-
Aakhir and Rajab, a test will be conducted regarding this book in
the monthly division madani session through Majlis-e-Maliyat.

12 The pamphlet "Horrific Scene of grave" should be handed
out and displayed at a prominent place within the home. (This
paper is enclosed in the record file)
13 If any Islamic sister from Zeli to world level Majlis and Co-
Responsible Islamic sister (Zeli to world level majlis) wishes to go for
Umrah during the month of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak then make
them understand tactfully that in Ramadan-ul-Mubarak people
tend towards getting virtues and transgression power gets down
therefore, participation of Islamic sisters in Sunnah inspiring
Congregations increases and if in such situation the Responsible
Islamic sister will go for Umrah then individual efforts on new
coming Islamic sisters would not be made. Beside this, collecting
donations is such a Madani work which affects all Madani
activities carried out during the whole year, so with virtuous
intentions, get privilege of collecting not only yourself but also
persuading others by staying in your own city.
Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat ‫دامت برکاتھم العالیہ‬said in a Madani Muzakara
that “One should go for Umrah in the month of Rabi-ul-
Awwal. Both months have blessings but as there is not much
Madani work in Rabi-ul-Awwal as It is in Ramadan-ul- Mubarak,
so spend Rabi-ul-Awwal Shareef in Madinah.”
14 If any Islamic sister form Zeli to world level Majlis and other
nigraan Islamic sisters (Zeli to world level) wishes to sit in E’tikaf, or
attending Faizan-e-Telawat Quran course make them understand
that collection and submission of donations is quite important, so
with the aim of reforming Ummah and other virtuous intentions

perform this Madani work‫ ّان شاء الِلع ٰزوج ٰ َل‬by having virtuous intentions
you will be blessed by great reward.
15 According to “The Schedule for Aitikaf (Last 10 days)
Ramadan ul Mubarak training of Ai’tikaf would be held on
Monday during 13 to 19 Ramazan for 1 hour and 41 minutes. to
give training about Aitikaf in the Training Session in the month
of Ramadan (This paper is enclosed in the record file)
‫ ٭‬In the second week of shawal, conduct a “Remembrance of
Ramadan” congregation for the Islamic sisters who performed
A’itekaaf. (These papers are enclosed in the record file)
16 In the Monthly Madani Session before the month of
Ramadan ul Mubarak there will be arrangement of collecting
gifts of good deeds for the 26th Ramazan.
‫ ٭‬In the Weekly Sunnah Inspiring Congregation before the blessed
26th, make supplication for Ameer e Ahlesunnat's ‫دامت برکاتہم العالیہ‬
long and healthy life and after the congregation, in the happiness
of the birth of Attar, arrange distribution of booklets.

who do not refrain themselves from the above bad deeds even in
the Holy month of Ramadan, the aforementioned narration is full
of admonition and warning for them. Those people who do not
prevent committing sins in the month of Ramadan, read further
two Blessed Ahadees and fear from the displeasure of ‫اہلل پاک‬

‫ صلی اہلل علیہ وسلم‬replied,” committing haraam (forbidden) deeds in
this month. He, ‫صلی اہلل علیہ وسلم‬has further stated, ’If anyone
fornicates or drinks alcohol in this month ‫ اہلل عزوجل‬and all His
angels curse him, if he dies before the next Ramadan he will not
have a single virtue to save him from the fire of hell. So fear ( ‫اہلل‬
‫ )پاک‬concerning Ramadan. As the reward of good deeds in
Month of Ramadan
increased in the month compared to other month, the severity of
sins also increased. (Al-Mu’jam-us-sagheer,vol 1’pp 248)
Dear Islami Brothers! Tremble with the fear of ‫ اہلل پاک‬and refrain
your selves from disrespecting the blessed month of Ramadan:
do not despair of the mercy of ‫ اہلل عزوجل‬the door of mercy of ‫اہلل پاک‬
are opened, repent sincerely and prevent committing sins as well
and make it your routine to travel in Madani Qafilah with the
devotees of the Rasool for learning the sunnah of the Beloved

of battle of Tabook, construction of Masjid-e-Nabawi, purchasing
of Beer-e-Rooma etc.
Dear Islamic sister! Be courageous, remove hesitation and collect
Madani donations enthusiastically for propagation of Sunnah.
ٰ ‫ہ‬
Hazrat Sayyadna Rafa’ bin Khudaij ‫ ر ِضی الل تعالی عنہ‬narrated that the
ٖ ‫ َصلَّی اہّٰللُ َت َعالی َعل َْیہ َو‬has said that:
Holy Prophet ‫آلہ َو َس َّلم‬ ٰ
“One who collects Zakat righteously for gaining the pleasure of
Allah, is equivalent to Warrior (ghazi) until returning back his home.
(sunan Abi Dawood, kitab Al-khiraaj wal-imarat wal-fayi, baab fi-sa’aya ‘alas-sadaqa, Al-
Hadees 13629, jild-3, safha 235)
So dear Islamic sisters! We should also make individual efforts for
collecting donation on our relatives and neighbors. Those fortune
Islamic Sisters who are going to perform Umrah this year, make
individual effort on them regarding donation before their
departure. Do not make individual efforts on strange islamic sisters
and na-mahram (marriageable men). Where you have gone for
congregations of zikr-o-naat and bathing of deceased during past
year, contact them and make individual efforts on them. we can
benefit Dawat-e-Islami by persuading others.
By the grace of Allah and attentions of Murshid (spiritual guide) if
we are having honor to perform this task, lest under satan’s
deception, we may commit any mistake. At this critical moment,
minor carelessness may not take us away from mercy of Allahَ‫ َعزوجل‬.
So practice faithfulness, as Sayyiduna “Umar bin Khattab said
that: “Don’t be deceived with prayers and fast of anybody, as one

who is not trustworthy is not pious.” (sho’ab-ul-Iman)
ٰ ‫ٰہ‬
Remember! Forgiveness and indulgence is in one’s own
belongings. But such mistakes which affect Madani activities or
donations of Dawat-e-Islami, e.g. embezzlement in donations then
by whom pardon will be asked? As donations is not owned by any
responsible or nigraan then how can he or she forgive it? If so
happened then beside repenting from this sin, amount of
embezzlement would also be paid him/ herself.
ٰ
Hazrat Adi Bin Umair ‫ر ِضی الل تعالی عنہ‬states that Holy prophet has said
that: “when somebody is made collector, and he hide even needle
or less then it, so it is Treachery, which he will bring on judgment
day.” In explanation of this hadees, Hakeem ul immat Mufti
ahmad yar khan naemi ‫حم ُۃ اہّٰلل َت َعا ٰلی َعلَی ْہ‬
َ ‫ َر‬states that: means treachery
whether minor or major, causes disgrace and punishment on
judgment day, specially treachery collected zakat is treachery in
worship, it makes deprived to deserving people. Allah says:
ِ ْ‫َو َم ْن َّی ْغلُ ْل یَا‬
ِ‫ت بَ َما غَ َّل یَ ْو َم ا ْلق ِٰی َمۃ‬
Translation from KAnz-ul-Iman:
“And whoever hides it, will bring what he hid with him on the
day of resurrection” (Aal-e-Imran 161/3).

So let’s make intentions that “Whatever sort of madani donation
we’ll receive as zakat, fitra, charity etc. we’ll handover to our
Responsible Islamic sister with honesty and will refrain from
deceiving in doing this madani work. For this all Islamic sisters
should read thoroughly the book of Ameer-e-ahl-e-Sunnat named
“Question and answers about donations. And “Islamic and
organizational precautions for collecting Donations", beside this
also listen to Madani Muzakara number 71, 72 and 73.
Listen attentively this point about collecting Madani donations that
donation received in form of currency note should be checked at
spot, terminated/ expired or torn note should not be received.
Prayer of Attar! “Who make utmost struggle for collecting
donations, Ya Allah he/ she may not die before seeing Madina.”
May Allah َّ‫ عَزَّوَجَل‬grant us the privilege of collecting and timely
submitting to responsible Islamic sister with sincerity and abiding
by the commandments of Shari’ah.
ٰ
Sayyiduna Anas Bin Malik ‫ ر ِضی الل تعالی عنہ‬has stated that the Prophet of
mankind, the Peace of our heart and mind, the most Generous and
Kind has said, ‘Man’s fast (i.e. hanging) between the earth and sky
unless Sadaqah-e-Fitr is paid.’
Month of Ramadan
It is mentioned in Miraat ul Manajih volume 3
page 44: A believers’ fast remains suspended between the earth
and skies unless Sadaqah-e-Fitr is paid. Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri
‫ َرضِی اہّٰلل َت َعا ٰلی َعنہ‬has stated “We paid one Sa’a (weight used in Arabs)
wheat, one sa’a barley, one sa’a cheese or one sa’a raisins as sadqa
fitr.
Please listen to the different amounts of Sadra fitr: 3840 grams
raisins or barley or dates or its price. Or 1920 grams (80 grams less
than 2 kgs) wheat or its price. (out of these four, any one can be
chosen to give sadqae fitr)
Now listen different scales of Sadqa-e-fitr: 3840 grams of raisins,
barley or dates or the money equivalent to the value of this, or
1.920 Kilograms of wheat or its flour or the money equivalent to
the value of this much wheat is the amount of one Sadaqa-e-Fitr.
(equal to any one from these could be paid as Sadaqa-e-Fitr)
Remember! This amount varies from country to country and cities,
also varies from time to time. So it would be calculated as own
area. one should not calculate according to other’s area. Who is
blessed by wealth from Allah, should pay according to their status
and earn more Reward from Allah. َ‫ِان شآء عزوجل‬

How to Calculate Zakah?

First, determine the lunar date on which Zakah will become Wājib. Lunar/Islamic date for Zakah to become Wājib is ___________
As per market value, determine [and write in the below -given chart] the value of all assets which one owns on the date set above, and on which
Zakah will be calculated. Necessary assets on whose value, Zakah is to be calculated are given in the chart.

quote in his marvelous book “Faizan-e-Sunnat vol-1 onpg 1248: days and if ‫ اہلل‬gets pleased with you due to its blessing, all the
veils between your grave and Madina-tul-Munawwarah may be

lifted. Therefore, every Islamic sister should gain the privilege of
doing Ae’tikaf at least once in their lives.
Twelve Madani Pearls for Islamic Sisters
(1) Islamic sisters can perform Ae’tikaf in Masajid of Bayt only, not
in the Masjid. The Masajid of Bayt is the portion of the house that
a woman specifies for Salah. It is Mustahab for Islamic sisters to
specify a particular area of their homes for offering Salah and to
keep it clean and pure, it is better that this area be a little raised
like a terrace. Islamic brother should also specify a particular
place in their homes for offering their Nawafil at home.(Durr-e-
Mukhtar, Radd-ul-Mukhtar p494, vol-3)
(2) If in Islamic sister has not specified a particular place in her home
for Salah, then she cannot perform Ae’tikaf. However, if she
specifies a place for Salah at the time of intending to do Ae’tikaf
she can do it within that specified area. (Durr-e-Mukhtar, Radd-ul-Mukhtar
p494, vol-3)
(3) An Islamic sister cannot do Ae’tikaf in someone else’s house.
(4) It is not permissible for a wife to do Ae’tikaf without her
husband’s permission.(Radd-ul-Mukhtar p494, vol-3)

(5) If the wife has started Ae’tikaf with her husband’s permission but
the husband wants to prevent her later on (during the Ae’tikaf), he can
not do so. If he does, it is not Wajib for the wife to obey
him.(FatawaA’lamgiripg 211 Vol-1)
(6) It is also a prerequisite for Islamic sisters not to be experiencing
menses or post natal bleeding because it is Haram to offer Salah,
fast and recite the Holy Quran in this state.(Radd-ul-Mukhtar p494, vol-3)

The maximum period of post-natal bleeding is 40 days and 40
nights. If the bleeding continues even after 40 days and nights, it
indicates an illness. Therefore, Islamic sister should take ritual
bath and start offering Salah and fasting.
A common misconception amongst Islamic sisters is that they
assume that post-natal bleeding period is (always) forty days,
whereas this is not correct. The shara’i ruling is that even if the
bleeding stops within a single day, or even if it stops immediately
after the delivery, post-natal bleeding will be considered to have
ended in this case and thus the Islamic sister should perform
Ghusl and start Salah and fast. The minimum period for menses is
three days and nights while its maximum period is ten days and
nights. As soon as the bleeding stops after three days and nights

Islamic sister should do Ghusl instantly and start offering Salah
and fast. (There are details for married women, they should read part-2 of Bahar-e-
Shari’at). If the bleeding continues even after ten days and nights, it
is an illness. Therefore, as soon as ten days and nights pass,
Islamic sister should do Ghusl and start offering Salah and
fasting.
(7) Before starting the Sunnah Ae’tikaf Islamic sisters should
consider whether their menses is going to start during the last ten
days of Ramadan or not, if menses may start they shouldn’t start
the Ae’tikaf.
(8) If a woman experiences her menses during Ae’tikaf her Ae’tikaf
will become invalid. (Bada’i-us-Sana’ipg 287 vol-2) in this case, it is
Wajib for her to make up for the only day her Ae’tikaf became
invalid.(Radd-ul-Mukhtar pg 500 vol-3)
After attaining ritual purity from menses, she should do Ae’tikaf
for one day with the intention of Qada. If some days of Ramadan
are still left, she can make up for it in Ramadan as well, in this
case the fast of Ramadan will be sufficient. If she doesn’t want to
make up for it in Ramadan or Ramadan had ended when she
attained purity, then she can do it any other day except on Eid-ul-
Fitr and from the and from the 10th to the 13th of Zul-Hajjah

because fasting in these five days in Makrooh-e-Tahrimi.(Durr-e-
Mukhtar ma Radd-ul-Mukhtar pg 391 vol-3)
The method of Qada
The method of Qada is to enter the Masjid of Bayt at sunset (it is
safer to enter a few minutes before sunset) with the intention of making up for
the invalidated Ae’tikaf and remain there until the sunset of the
next day. Fasting is a condition for this Qada.
(9) It is not permissible to leave the place of Ae’tikaf without Sahar’i
needs. Islamic sisters cannot go to any other portion of the house
either. Ae’tikaf will become invalid if they do so.
(10) The rulings which apply to Islamic brothers regarding leaving
the place of Ae’tikaf also apply to Islamic sisters. In other words,
Islamic sisters can leave the place of Ae’tikaf for the same needs
for which Islamic brothers are allowed to come out of the Masjid.
Likewise, they are not allowed to leave their place of Ae’tikaf for
the acts that men aren’t allowed to leave the Masjid for.
(11) During Ae’tikaf, Islamic sisters can sew and knit staying in
their place of Ae’tikaf. They can also instruct others to do
household chores but they cannot leave the place of Ae’tikaf.

shall eat less than appetite.
20. I shall do Fikr-e-Madina and fill in my Madani In’amatbooklet
every dayand the card of MustaqilQufl-e-Madina too.
21. I shall make Du’a for myself, my family, relatives and the whole
Ummah.
A Mu’takif must enter the Masjid with the intention of performing
th
ae’tikaf before the sunset on the 20 of Ramadan. If he enters the Masjid
even a single moment after the sunset, the Sunnah of performing the
ae’tikaf of the last ten days of Ramadan will remain unfulfilled.
Every day before Fajr: Get up 60 minutes before Fajar,
fold back bedding or mat of palm leaves not of plastic and after
getting bath etc, with righteous intentions perform Sunnah of Sehri.
During eating read ُ‫ یَا وَاجِد‬at every bite. (Card containing righteous intention can
be bought from Maktaba-tul-Madina written by Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat for this purpose).
After sehri perform wuzu with the intention of remaining in the state
of wuzu(ablution) all time and perform Nafl prayer of Tahiyyat-ul-
wuzu and Tahaj’jud.
[83/103] Month of Ramadan
Invocation to be recited Daily:Daily recite some
invocations(Auraad) from Shajrah such as Istighfar 70 times, َّ‫لَا ِالّٰہَ اِال‬
‫ اہلل‬166 times, ‫ُرسُ ْولُ اہلل‬
َّ ‫ مُحَمَّد‬3times and Durood Shareef 313 times,
with closing your eyes for 12 minutes. (you can imagine view of Gumbad-e-
Khazra[Green tomb]). At the time of Azan discontinue talking, walking,
picking up and putting down things, cooking food, talking on the
phone, and halt all other activities to respond to the Azaan .(Make it your
daily practice for whole life)
Offer Fajar prayer with Khushu(humility) and with Khuzu(fear of ‫اہلل عزوجل‬
in the heart). After Salah make Du’a with appropriate manner of raising
hands for forgiveness, entrance in Jannah of your parents, teachers
and peer-o-Murshid. Do the same in every Salah(prayer). Also perform
Sunnah prayer and Nafl(supererogatory) prayer.
After Fajr (30 min): Recite Quran for 30 minutes. You can
recite or listen to 3 verses of the Quran from Kanz-ul-iman shareef
or any volume from 1 to 10 of Siraat ul Jinaan (with translation and
commentary tafseer)(if you find difficult to read Khaza’in-ul-Irfan then you can read the “Noor-
ul-Irfan” commentary written by Mufti Ahmed Yaar Khan. It is easy to understand and it is also
commentary on translation of Kanz-ul-Iman. ( After Ae’tikaf correct Quranic
pronunciation can be learn by joining Madrasa-tul-Madina (adult Girls’
class). Make intention to recite Quran with correct pronunciation at
least once.
Year (Islamic) 1441 Hijri (Eesvi) 2020
After sunrise for almost 22 minutes keep reciting Litanies, Durood,
reciting Quran (at least one para) or reading religious book and then
offer Ishraq and Chasht. After offering Nafl take rest for appropriate
time.
Participation in Permanent Qufl-e-Madina
Campaign: As you are in ae’tikaf so act upon these Madani
In’amat for guarding the tongue and eyes from sins. Such as: use the
minimum amount of words in your necessary conversation and
through signs, or writing. Make it habbit to lower your gaze while
conversing instead of looking straight at them.(for this purpose, acting upon
“MustaqilQufl-e-Madina card is quite beneficial). Besides the use of terms from
Istelahat(terminology) of Dawat-e-Islami, make efforts to correct
pronunciation, upon needlessly uttering words, feel remorse and
make amends by reciting Durood and Istighfar.
For ethical improvement: Refrain from joking around,
taunting, hurting someone’s feelings and laughing out loud
(cachinnating),. Make efforts for making habit to converse formally and
respectfully and to refrain from make others bother by asking to
repeat what said despite understanding, intruding into other’s
conversation, accusing others, name calling, cursing, swearing,
borrowing and using other people’s belonging, asking irrelevant and
needless questions that would provoke other people to lie and

commit a major sin, ostentation (show off) by uttering phrases that
profess humbleness and modesty, whereas the heart was not in a
state of conformity to these virtues, and from watching movies,
programs and listening to music. Also make efforts to make habits of
ٰ ُّ ْ َ ْ َ
responding to Salam, responding to another person reciting ‫ہلل‬ِ ِ ‫الحمد‬
َ َ ََ َ ٰ ُّ َ ْ َ
‫ عزوجل‬upon sneezing by saying ‫ک اہلل‬
ِ ‫ یرحم‬in a tone audible to both
parties. (respond to a non-Mehram[marriageable man] with a tone audible to ourselves),
reciting
ٰ َ ٰ ُّ ْ َ ْ َ
‫ ان شاءاہلل‬when intending to render righteous acts, reciting ‫ہلل علی‬ ِ ِ ‫الحمد‬
ُّ
‫ ک ِل حال‬when anybody asks about health instead of whining and
َ ََ َ ٰ َ َ َ َ َ ََ َ ٰ َ
complaining, reciting ‫ بارک اہلل عزوجل‬/ ‫ ماشآء اہلل عزوجل‬upon observing the
َ ََ َ ٰ
favors of ‫ اہلل عزوجل‬and repenting immediately after committing a sin.
Islami bahnon ki namaz(60 mins):If your Quranic
pronunciation is correct than learn “Response of Azan”, “Du’a after
Azan”, “Sura-e-Fatiha”, “Last ten Surahsof Quran”, “Du’a-e-
Qunoot”, “At-Tahiyyat”, “Durood-e-Ibrahim‫”علیہ السالم‬, any one Du’a-e-
Masoora”, “6 kalimat”, “Eman-e-Mufassal”, “Eman-e-Mujmal”,
“Takbeer-e-Tashreeq”, “Talbiya(‫()لبیک‬all this with translation) and other
supplication. If your pronunciation is not correct then take help from
any Islamic sister whose pronunciation is correct within your house,
and if it is not possible for you then spend this time in reciting
Litanies and Durood and in reading of “Islami bahnokiNamaz”.(Get

and “Islami bahnokiNamaz”) pehchan”, chapters of “Bahar-e-Shari’at” and “Minhaj-ul-Aabideen”.
Then offer Zuhar Salah with Khushu and Khuzu. Recite a para of the (All this reading material is included in book “Jannat kay talab-garon kay liye MAdani

accepted.
(if possible, recite Durood and litanies and make Du’a at least 19 minutes before sun set
or attend the Munajaat e Iftar) After Iftaar give response to Azaan.
After Maghrib: Offer Aw’wabeen Nawafil. Recite Surah-e-
Mulk and Surah-e-Yaseen. Then take dinner according to Sunnah
with righteous intentions and Litanies of eating. If possible use clay
utensils and with then intention of applying Qufl-e-Madina at
stomach, eat less then appetite. Don’t eat junk and spicy foods. If
possible take bread of barley in your meal and avoid eating things
give bad smell in mouth.
If you have authority then remove pictures from everywhere
including dress/ clothes, bottles and boxes and earn Sawab. Don’t
dress your children with attire that have pictures depicting animated
life(animals, human etc)(“Angels of mercy do not enter a house in which there are pictures of
animated life or dogs.”[Sahee-Bukhari vol-4 pg87 Hadees 5949]) During Ae’tikaf and
thereafter make an ardent effort to face towards the Qibla while sitting.
After Esha and Taraweeh
Perform self-accountability at least 12 minutes (Ponder over on your
works individually and seriously that Today how many acts done

booklet. Then recite if you have correct pronunciation otherwise

Through Madani Channel, gain the privilege of attending the Live
Madani Muzakaras if possible.
Interval for rest: Take rest after following practices to be
performed before going to sleep.
Practices to be performed before going to
sleep: Offer Salat-ul-Tauba, recite Ayat-ul-Kursi, Tasbeeh-e-
Fatima, supplication of sleeping and invocations. Keep a Sunnah box
(containing mirror, kohl [Surma], comb, needle, and thread, Miswak, bottle of oil and a pair of

scissors) while sleeping. If possible sleep on a mat woven from palm
leaves not of plastic. After getting up fold your bed (also fold clothes after
usage). Don’t put any bag or luggage etc which contain book or writing

Attention!
By the bless of 10 days’ ae’tikaf you would get previlage of fasting,
besides this take in meal bread of barley at least once in a week and
keep acting upon this Sunnah thereafter too. Also act upon these
Madani In’amat during ae’tikaf such as:
‫ ٭‬Abide by Madani Markaz and Zimmadara,
‫ ٭‬Refrain from lying, backbiting, tale-bearing, being jealous,
having pride and breaking promises,
‫ ٭‬Refrain from lying to your children while cajoling them,
‫ ٭‬Upon acquainted with another’s fault make habbit to conceal that.
‫٭‬ Refrain from delay in paying off debts(despite being capable)
‫ ٭‬when enraged, remain silent and alleviate your anger.
‫ ٭‬In case of conflicts with any Islamic sister, don’t mention to

others and forgive etc.
‫ ٭‬Act upon these Madani In’amat after ae’tikaf as well. Besides
these make efforts:
‫ ٭‬to attend Sunnah Inspiring Ijtima, to join Madrasa-tul-
Madina(adults) regularly,
‫ ٭‬to practice veil with non-mahram (marriageable man),
‫ ٭‬to refrain from peeping into others’ homes or outside from
confines of you home,
‫ ٭‬to maintain relationship with others on equal terms instead of
personal friendship with one or more Islamic sister,
‫٭‬ to refrain from wearing tight clothing and to wear transparent
garments (which exhibit the shape and colour of the body),
‫ ٭‬to offer Qada (make it up for remaining) fast,
‫ ٭‬during menses spend as much time in reciting invocations and
Durood as much you spend in offering Salahs,
‫ ٭‬to robed in a Madani Burqa, hand gloves and stocking (or socks)
when leaving the house (when allowed by shariah), lower your gaze, and

“MustaqilQufl-e-Madina movement” for safeguarding the eyes

1. If there are farz Qada Salah you have to offer, then offer these Qada
