place, quick service, and fair prices. They stand out by being really good at how they run
things, checking that the food and service are top-notch and fast. They also focus on
keeping their employees happy, which helps the business do well.

2. How has McDonald’s aligned its business, human resource, and staffing strategies?

McDonald's has set up its plans for the business, its employees, and hiring in a way that
recognizes how important the staff is. They have five basic rules for how they treat their
employees, like being respectful, having good values, paying fairly, helping them learn and
grow, and making sure they have what they need. By hiring the right people, giving them
training, and promoting from within the company, McDonald's ensures everyone is working
together for success.
