Get up in the morning and drink 1 or 2 - glass of warm water

 Mix a little more than ½ teaspoon with 170 to 220ml of hot or cold water

3. Breakfast (After 30-45minute of Herbal Beverage)

 If you feel hungry after the shake than only go for any low calories foods or fruit

Important Point :

1. Don’t eat oily and sweet foods or junk foods


2. Walk every day 45- minute or 30- minute cardio
3. Weight check only one time in a 7 to 10 days
