 Teaching Computer Network to a batch of 30 Students under PMKVY Scheme

Academic Projects:
Supervised Learning
Objective: to predict the income level of the customers based on attributes like 'sex', 'marital-status',
'age', 'occupation' etc.
Resolution: The classification algorithms that were used are Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, KNN, and
Decision Tree. And finally, a comparison of accuracy across these models was done to finalize the model
for prediction.
Skills & Tools: EDA and Classification algorithms

Predicting the term-deposit subscription

Objective: Leveraged customer information of bank marketing campaigns to predict whether a customer
will subscribe to term deposit or not.
Resolution: Different classification algorithms like Decision tree, Logistic Regression were used. Ensemble
techniques like Random forest were used to further improve the classification results.
Skills & Tools: Classification, Decision Trees, Ensemble Techniques

Classifying silhouettes of vehicles

Objective: Classified vehicles into different types based on silhouettes which may be viewed from many
angles.
Resolution: Used PCA in order to reduce dimensionality and SVM for classification
Skills & Tools: Support Vector Machines, Principal Component Analysis, Classification

Sentiment Analysis
Objective: Build a text classification model that analyses the customer's sentiments based on their
reviews in the IMDB database.
Resolution: The model uses a complex deep learning model to build an embedding layer followed by a
classification algorithm to analyse the sentiment of the customers
Skills & Tools: RNN Word embedding LSTM Classification

Automatic Ticket Allocation

Objective: Build a model architecture that can classify the tickets by analysing text of incidents created by
various Business and IT Users, End Users/ Vendors.
Resolution: Different NLP algorithm and transfer learning were included to use prebuilt models. Achieved
97% accuracy using FastText. Flask API is used to deploy model in development.
Skills & Tools: CNN, Naïve Bayes, Text Pre-processing, LSTM, fastText, ULMFIT
