This tenant reference is given to verify tenancy of Naomi and Andrew Yule at 146
Tuscany Vista Point NW. Their lease has been from April 1, 2018 to April 1, 2020.

Their last monthly rent was in the amount of $1925. They were responsible and timely
in their rent payments which were due the first day of each month. There were no
late payments in the two years they rented from me.

There had been no complaints from their neighbours, and they have kept the rental
home and its surrounding area clean and tidy. Upon inspection, they will be refunded
their security deposit of $1925 within 14 days of their move out.

I am pleased to say that they were respectful and helpful tenants. They never made
any unreasonable demands or complaints during the duration of their stay.

They have a pet dog, Winston, who is well behaved with no complaints from their
neighbours or from me.

They have complied with every aspect of their lease, and they provided us with
advance notice of leaving. We have been informed that their reason for leaving is to
downsize and find a location closer to downtown.
