ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT DURING THE ORIENTATION ON DISASTER

RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT, PREPARATION OF LEARNING
RECOVERY CUM CONTINGENCY PLAN
Fidelisan Elementary School conducted its INSET on Disaster Risk

Reduction Management, Preparation of Learning Recovery & Contingency Plan on
October 28 and 31, 2023 here at the FES School Head’s Office.
My role during the said activity was a presenter of the MPSDO Learning
Recovery Plan and also the guidelines in making a Contingency Plan. I led the
discussion on the different parts of the LRP and the provisions of the CP as these are
adopted to school situations. Parts of the plan or guidelines that are vague are set
aside for further research and confirmation from who are knowledgeable with these.
Many queries arose and it was my responsibility to clear this because I was one of
those who attended the training of new school DRRM coordinators.
At the last hours of the INSET, I urged the group to present the outputs – the
draft of the Learning Recovery Plan and the Contingency Plan. I contributed some
inputs. We agreed that I will take the draft improve it , then present again later for
finalization.

Fidelisan Elementary School conducted its INSET on Disaster Risk

Reduction Management, Preparation of Learning Recovery & Contingency Plan on
October 28 and 31, 2023 here at the FES School Head’s Office.
I was in-charge of the registration in the first day to the last day. I printed a
registration form for the participants to write their names, positions and signatures.
Then I joined the others in listening to the lectures and at the same time participated
in the discussions. I joined the workshop on LR and CP Planning.

The INSET on Disaster Risk Reduction Management, Preparation of

Learning Recovery & Contingency Plan was conducted by Fidelisan Elementary
School on October 28 and 31, 2023 at the School Head’s Office here at FES.
I was in-charge of the Opening Program in the first day, facilitating this from
start to end. I printed the program of activities then distributed these to the
participants. Then I joined the others in listening to the lectures and at the same time
participated in the discussions. I joined the workshop on LR and CP Planning.

I was in-charge of the of the Attendance Check and Recap in the second day. I
narrated the important events and lessons taken from the first day. Then I joined the
others in listening to the lectures and at the same time participated in the

October 28 and 31, 2023, Fidelisan Elementary School conducted the INSET
on Disaster Risk Reduction Management, Preparation of Learning Recovery &
Contingency Plan at the School Head’s Office here at FES.
Being the School DRRM coordinator for the past school years, the task
assigned to me was to facilitate the review of the latest Hazard Mapping done by the
SPG with the help of the BLGU. The Hazard Map is very important especially in
contingency planning.
After my task was over, I joined the others in listening to the lectures and at
the same time participated in the discussions. I joined the workshop on LR and CP
Planning.

on Disaster Risk Reduction Management, Preparation of Learning Recovery &
Contingency Plan at the School Head’s Office here at FES.
My assignment in the said INSET was scheduled at the last part. So I was here
at the venue listening and participating in the discussion, asking questions if needed.
Then we had a workshop in making the Learning Recovery Plan as well as the
Contingency Plan.
At the Closing Program in the second day, I took charge until we called it a
day.

activity, my main role is to participate. I was here listening to presentations/lectures
and also joined the workshop in drafting a Learning Recovery Plan and Contingency
Plan. I contributed some ideas for the success of the activity. We asked questions and
clarifications when necessary.
