Gyms: Fashion or Health habit?
Nowadays being fit has become a trendy activity around young people. Gyms
register a big increase of new members every year. Before the pandemic, only
3% of people were part of a health club, after the pandemic this percentage
increased up to 23%. Everyone wants to look better because people say if you
look well, you feel well. Recently, working out has changed a little bit, boys
and girls want to look better and brag about their bodies on Instagram or other
social networks, if they go to the gym, they take pictures and videos all the
time.
It is also known that if you don´t eat and rest well, you can´t see changes in
your body.
If you go to the gym, you wear your best outfit.
If you go yo the gym, you see your crush.

Affirmative Form:
Sentence in present + if + sentence in present
Examples:
• My dad gets angry if he is hungry
• If we do exercise, we drink water.

Negative sentence in present + if + negative sentence in present
Examples:
• My dad doesn´t let me go out if he is angry
• If you don´t do your homework, you don´t play video games.

Examples:
• Does your dad get upset if you get home late?
• If you have some money, do you buy chocolates?
