Induction refers to the assistance measures put in place to help teachers adjust to a new
workplace culture. A stand-alone program before to the school year that helped to meet my most
pressing requirements, followed by ongoing work throughout my first year. It involved more than just
understanding individuals, classrooms, and material.

Information regarding the procedures and processes guided me, as well as school norms, which
are essential for me to settle in and feel confident. The sessions gave me opportunities to gain learning
that will help me make connections between all the moving pieces.

My participation in the induction program improved my ability to implement core practices, including
keeping students on task, developing lesson plans, creating a positive classroom atmosphere, and using
effective questioning strategies which helped raised my students achievement.
1.Who was in charge of the beautiful young virgins?

2.What was Hegai in accordance to the king?

3.Who was Mordecai' father?

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I.Name of Activity: Remedial Class for Least Learned Competencies

Venue:Magsaysay Elementary School
Date: First Quarter

II. Participants: 11 Grade IV-Carnation Learners

III.Objectives:

a. to support students who are performing poorly in comparison to their peers,

b. provide learning activities to students depending on their least learned skills

III. Highlights:
Teaching involves much more than expert knowledge; an effective teacher must teach in such
a way as to engage the students’ interest, challenge them, and spark their imagination. To meet
these pedagogical challenges, teachers must have an awareness of the diverse abilities and
backgrounds of students, including those with learning and behavior problems.

For the First quarter , 11 grade IV learners tend to comprehend little and lose focus of
classroom instruction that resorted to non-academic pursuits. With these situation Grade 4
teachers contextualized learning activity sheets . The planned activity sheets were interactive,
easy-to-understand and tailored to the needs of struggling learners.

As a result, learners were able to better understand the lessons that they previously struggled
with. The given activities, which were carefully developed by the teachers, resulted in improved
scores and a better grasp of the learners' least learned competencies.

IV.Issues and Concern

One student requires additional support with his reading ability in order to properly comprehend

F I attended a seminar-workshop on developing local stories for radio and television-based instruction. After
completing the seminar, I accepted the challenge and was able to create a video utilizing a local narrative
I that may be utilized as additional material for their lesson.
R
The use of local stories as learning tools increased students' literacy abilities, captured everyone's attention,
S and deepened their grasp of their lesson while also including their culture or local stories. Local stories, as a
product of their culture, linked to children's activities via the media, and employed as a way of
T
communication between children and practical social life, made them enjoy local stories and broadened their
Q imaginations. The video was also used as a tool to help students improve their ability to organize/arrange
events, summarize what they had seen, and dramatize it. It is a highly useful tool when utilized correctly.
U
The story will be used by Magsaysay Elementary School as well as other schools in the division.
