AFFIDAVIT

I Mr. Dilip Sadashiv Gadre, Age about- 60, Occu. - Business, R/o 1141, Sadashiv
Peth, Pune – 411 030 do state on solemn affirmation that: -

1. The property bearing CTS No. 1141, Sadashiv Peth, Pune – 411 030
belongs to Geeta Dharma Mandal (A Trust duly registered under the
Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950) and the said Trust by adequately stamped
& duly registered Deed of Lease made & executed on 24/11/2003 let out
premises Flat No. 302 on the third floor & Flat No. 402 on forth floor to
me reserving monthly rent f Rs. 3000/-.
2. I say that I have not encumbered the said premises in any manner and no
other exce4pt me have any right, title & interest in the said premises.
3. I say that on my own volition I have requested to transfer the rent receipts
in respect of the said premise in the name of my son Mr. Advait Dilip
Gadre.
4. I am aware that by such transfer Mr. Advait Dilip Gadre is not going to
acquire any independent right in the said premises and on my assurance
that the said premise is not in any way encumbered and that my son shall
never claim any such independent interest, the said Trust has agreed to
transfer the rent receipts in favour of Mr. Advait Dilip Gadre.
5. That the contents of Par. 1 to 4 of this Affidavit are true & correct to the
best of personal knowledge, information & belief. I have executed this
affidavit in support of my application requesting trust to transfer the rent
receipts in the manner aforesaid.
