the Lagos Lagoon as the first edition of the annual Hippie
Regatta and Beach Festival getsunderway.

About Hippie Regatta and Beach Festival

The Hippie Regatta & Beach Festival is a first of its kind boat
regatta that merges with a beach festival spanning over the
Lagos lagoon en route to Ilashe Beach. The best destination
has been selected to give our audience the most exciting festival
experience as well as touring opportunities of the beaches
and waterways of Lagos state. The festival is designed to promote
water transportation and tourism in Lagos.
This brochure lays out the main information and the unique idea
behind the HIPPIE Regatta & Beach Festival.
The One- Day & night event set to hold on the 14th August
2020 includes colorful boats parade, a VIP super yacht party,
music, water sports, pop-up art exhibition, glow in the dark nighttime
beach festival, Bon fire and many more, HIPPIE is designed to be cozy and
intimate to reflect an urban ‘owanbe’ party.

The Hippie Festival kicks off with a colorful parade of different kinds
of boats at Marina, Lagos. The numerous boats on the regatta
are customized to show visual artworks, designs, print etc. on their sails
and body. There are also ferries, barges and other vessels
conveying our attendees to the beach while blasting good music and giving
our audience
a beautiful tour of the regatta and the waterfronts of Lagos, the boat regatta
showcases the culture of the Lagos Riverine areas.
All vessels are going to be customized to fit the theme of the event, Regatta starts from
Takeoff till when we get to the beach. The whole Regatta will have coverage from our
online and offline media partners.
 On the regatta, there is a
VIP sponsor yacht party which will be
hosted by a popular figure and would
have in attendance, high profile
guests, socialites, celebrities etc.

The yacht party is a cocktail party that

features plays from Man Acclaimed DJ,
celebrity meet and greet, fashion
exhibition, brand promotions and
many more.

The yacht party will also be covered

online and offline by our media partners.
The festival will be using the beautiful
Eugene 1 yacht for the party
VIP YACHT PARTY and has the capacity of 700.

The nighttime beach festival commences after the regatta reaches Ilashe
Private Beach.

There our attendees are blown away by our brilliant festival of lights, our
moon landing themed event design, popup art exhibition and many more as
we bring the usually quiet beach to life. Our guests will engage in the many experiences
we have in store for them like Music, Artiste Performances, Virtual reality booths, tattoo
booths, Bon fire, open bar contests, raffle draws and many more.

The venue, HOV Beach Resort in Ilashe will be designed to fit in the theme of the
event and includes event venue merchandising for our sponsor(s)
