Solution - 1
Invest in marketing and advertising training: Businesses can invest in training
programs to improve their marketing and advertising skills. We can address this
gap by providing various workshops, and courses.

Leverage digital marketing: With the increasing use of the internet and social
media in India, small businesses can leverage digital marketing to reach their
target audience more effectively. We will help them by creating a website,
social media accounts, engaging them in online advertising, and helping them
with email marketing and so on to increase visibility and generate leads.
Solution - 2
Digital literacy training: We can provide digital literacy training to SMEs and to their employees to
help them understand the benefits of digitalization and how to use digital tools and technologies
effectively.
For example, by using digital sensors to monitor the production process, manufacturers can
identify areas where materials are being wasted or used inefficiently. This information can be used
to adjust the production process to minimize waste and optimize material usage.

Adoption of e-commerce: We’ll help and teach SMEs how to adopt e-commerce platforms to reach
a wider audience and sell their products or services online, and to access global markets more
easily. Through e-commerce platforms, social media, and other digital channels, SMEs can reach
customers all over the world, without the need for a physical presence in those markets.
Solution - 3
Industry-academia collaborations: We’ll collaborate with SMEs and provide higher levels of
educational attainment to workers which will lead to a more skilled and productive workforce,
producing more efficiently a higher standard of goods and services, which in turn forms the basis
for faster economic growth and rising living standards.

Digital skills training: With the rise of digital technologies, it's becoming increasingly important for
workers to have basic digital skills. We’ll offer digital skills training to their workers, enabling them
to access information and communicate more efficiently, such as basic computer skills, Internet
usage, social media and digital marketing, cybersecurity, data analysis, and mobile app usage.
Solution - 4
Awareness campaigns: We’ll launch an awareness campaign to promote the use of digital payments
in SMEs. These campaigns will be aimed at educating SME owners and their employees about the
benefits of digital payments and how to use digital payment systems.

Training and support: SMEs may require training and support to effectively use digital payment
systems. We will provide training programs and support services to help SMEs implement digital
payments, and also we'll collaborate with digital payment service providers to develop customized
solutions that meet their specific needs, helping them overcome any challenges they may face.
Methodology
All the workshops, internships, and courses which will be provided to the SMEs and
to their employees will be certified with our university and our company’s name on
the certificates. This will provide formal recognition to workers who have acquired
these courses. This can help raise the quality of the workforce and promote
industry standards and also providing them with opportunities to progress in their
careers.
