∙ Warm up activity. Tell sts you are going to tell them three things about you. Say three sentences about yourself; e.g., I like rock music. I minutes

sts into small groups to compare their sentences. Ask some sts to tell the class something they learned about their classmates. Tell sts
that in this unit they will practice talking more about themselves
DESARROLLO
∙ Put sts into pairs to look at the pictures and complete the phrases with the correct verbs. They can use their dictionaries to
class, or assign them for homework, before continuing with exercise 2 of lesson 5A.
∙ Read out the questions and check that sts understand foreign language and early. Play the first question and answer of audio

To check answers, ask sts to check the three answers they are most sure of. For each sentence, ask a student who checked
that sentence to give the answer.

Ask students to close their books. Call out prompts for each sentence in turn, e.g., time/home/work. Sts try to remember the

sentences. You could do this as a game, awarding a point to the first student who gives each correct answer.
Put students into small groups. They choose one of the sentences and take turns saying it, each changing one detail; e.g., He
usually listens to the radio at work./He always listens to the radio at work. Ask groups in turn to read their final sentences to
the class. See which group has managed to change their sentence the most.
