● This information should be submitted to this Department 24 Hrs. before the actual starting of journey of devotees from the District
Head quarter to Puri.
● Each Bus moving with the devotees should have a Bus Nodal Officer who will travel in the Bus.
● A Bus Convoy Officer preferably an officer of the District lead the convey in the movement from District headquarter to Puri.
● All the Buses of a particular Block or part of a Block should move like a convoy.
● This information should be filled by the BDO and uploaded in the District Whats App Group created by the Supervising Officer vide
officer Order No. 1576 Dt 19.01.2024 of this Department. One copy of above information should be handed over to the transit
camp officer for record purpose.
