ENHANCE YOUR SKILLS ON MIXED METHODS RESEARCH

Background and Rationale:
The half--day workshop cum hands on sessions will be conducted by experts from PGI, AIIMS
& Sevagram with the motto of “learning by doing”. An excellent opportunity to think,
express, shape and execute mixed method research.

Objectives:
To provide participants with a understanding of the fundamental principles and
techniques of mixed method research in public health, including the design,
implementation, analysis and reporting of mixed methods
To help participants develop skills in data collection and analysis techniques that are
commonly used for mixed method studies
To provide participants with an opportunity for hands-on learning to understand coding
and content analysis including demonstration using Atlas.Ti software

Outcomes:
Formulate mixed method designs in their operational field
Enhanced skills using ATLAS.ti for conducting mixed method studies

Prerequisite: Laptop with Atlas.Ti (trial version) installed
