Performance Task:

The teacher will group the class into three. Have the students
write a real -life problem solving involving simplifying radicals.
Each group will present problem in the class after five days.

Have them write the problem on a manila paper or use a


PowerPoint presentation. If the other groups fail to solve the
problems presented, they will explain the solution to the class.
Remind them to submit a hard copy of the problem and its
solution with the given time frame.

Students’ output and presentation will be graded using the


following rubric.
