2. The above-mentioned receipt was lost sometime in 2023

because of inadvertence, it is no longer in my possession;

3. Despite diligent efforts in order to find and locate the said

receipt, the same could no longer be found and proved to be
beyond recovery;

4. That this affidavit was executed to attest the truth of the

foregoing and whatever legal purposes it may serve best.
