A. DepEd Division of Zamboanga del Sur, Dao, Pagadian City invites qualified applicants regardless of age, sex,

for the position, EDUCATION PROGRAM SUPERVISOR (SG-22), OSEC-DECSB-EPSVR-570077-2010,
qualifications, to wit:
Education —_| master’s Degree in Education or other relevant Master's Degree with specific area of
specialization
Experience | At least 2 years experience as a Principal or Head Teacher or Master Teacher
| Eligibility RA 1080 (Teacher)
Training 8 hours of training in management and supervision
11. Secondary Education with English as their specialization
2. Has undergone specialized training in English language instruction
Preferred _| 3. Proficient in English language
Competencies | 4. Has knowledge and skis in designing comprehensive training sessions and in
conducting trainings for English language teachers.

MANAGEMENT OF Conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation and submit recommendations

Develop together with School M&E the mechanisms, processes, and tools for
monitoring, curriculum implementation, and articulation (including vertical and
horizontal integration) in the schools division to gauge adherence to standards
while implementing innovations.

Lead or work as a team member to evaluate and or quality assure general and
local learning materials to uphold standards of quality learning materials.

ASSESSMENT
Gather results of assessment reports per least learned skills and analyze
performance gaps to pinpoint causes and possible interventions to close the
gap.
Draft policy recommendations related to improving learning outcomes based
on findings from studies and reports.

SPECIAL CURRICULAR
PROGRAMS AND
‘SUPPORT ACTIVITIES
Conducts monitoring of curricular support activities and submits evaluation
reports for appropriate management action.
Drafts policy recommendations on curricular support activities for regional
adoption.
Conduct action research on curriculum implementation, needs, and issues,
ry appropriate interventions on assigned learning area, as well as best practices in
content delivery and submit findings and recommendations for management
action and policy formulation.
TECHNICAL ‘Assesses the situation and analyzes the needs of assigned schools to identify
ASSISTANCE the appropriate and relevant actions and interventions.
Coordinate with the PSOS to arrive at a technical assistance plan for each
district.
Coach the school (through the PSDS) in implementing interventions related to
curriculum implementation t and instructional delivery.
Prepares and submits periodic reports on the progress of the technical
assistance being provided to the schools.
Prepares and submits reports on the results of technical assistance and
corresponding policy recommendations for management's consideration.

Pagadian City on or before September 11, 2023, 4:30 in the afternoon, using a long size, red expanded folder,
properly tabbed as follows:

Diploma, including completion of graduate and post-graduate units/degrees, if available;
5. Photocopy of Certificate/s of Training and Meritorious Accomplishments if applicable;
6. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service, or duly signed Service Record, whichever
is/are applicable;
7. Photocopy of latest appointment, if applicable;

'8. Photocopy of the Performance Rating in the last rating period(s) covering one (1) year performance in
the current/latest position;
9. Checklist of Requirements and Omnibus Sworn Statement on the Certification on the Authenticity and
Veracity (CAV) of the documents submitted and Data Privacy Consent Form pursuant to RA No. 10173
(Data Privacy Act of 2012), using the attached form (Annex C), notarized by authorized official; and
10. Other documents as may be required by the HRMPSB for comparative assessment, including but not
limited to:
a. Means of Verification (MOVs) showing Outstanding Accomplishments, Application of Education, and
Application of Learning and Development reckoned from the date of last issuance of appointment;
and
b. Photocopy of the Performance Rating obtained from the relevant work experience, if Performance
Rating in Item 8 is not relevant to the position to be filed, if applicable.
111, Individuals who failed to submit complete mandatory documents (1-9) on the set deadline indicated in
this memorandum shall not be included in the pool of official applicants. However, non-submission of
the additional documentary requirements or those that may be required by the HRMPSB (10) shall not
warrant exclusion from the pool of applicants. No additional documents shall be accepted after the set
deadline
12. The applicant assumes full responsibility and accountability for the completeness, authenticity, and
veracity of the documents submitted, as evidenced by the Omnibus Sworn Statement (Item 9) duly signed
by the applicant. Any false and fraudulent document shall be grounds for disqualification. Further, no
applications shall be accepted after the set deadline.
