Justification

The development of a human-centered transit hub and park aims to address several
societal needs and challenges. First is in urban environments, there is often a lack of
accessible, efficient, and sustainable transportation options that the people can
choose, leading to congestion, pollution, and reduced the quality of life for the
residents. People rely on a variety of transportation options in today's urban areas,
such as private cars, cycling, walking, and public transportation. In addition to
recognizing and accommodating these multiple travel preferences of the residents, a
multimodal strategy promotes diversity, efficiency, and sustainability.

Regardless of a resident's preferred mode of transportation, we can enhance

connectivity and accessibility by combining many modes of transit into a single hub.
This strategy lessens the demand for car-centric infrastructure which reduces traffic
congestion and lessens greenhouse gas emissions. A multimodal transit hub also
offers smooth connections between different kinds of transportation, which
improves people's ability to move around the city and find work opportunities,
entertainment options, and other needs. By Incorporating a park into the property
also adds value since it creates an area with multiple uses that can be used as a
community gathering spot and a transportation hub. Parks provide an enormous
number of health and social advantages, such as opportunity for exercise, relaxation,
and interactions with others. Green space and transit infrastructure work together to
build an exciting and welcoming environment that improves urban residents quality
of life.

Overall , the development of a human-centered transportation hub and park

represents a comprehensive approach of urban planning that gives importance on
the well-being of people, the environment, and the community as a whole. We can
improve our quality on how we live our life and develop opportunities for younger
people by establishing a more interconnected, sustainable, and creative urban
environment.
Goals & Objectives

1. To design and develop a human-centered transit hub and park that encourage
connectivity and community engagement through multimodal development.

2. To improve connectivity within the urban areas by establishing transit hubs that
serve as focal points for various modes of transportation, while also providing
entertainment and social amenities.

3. To incorporate sustainable design approach into the development of transit hubs

and parks, aiming to minimize environmental impact and promote eco-friendly
practices. Such as green building practices, eco-friendly materials and renewable
energy sources.

4. To improve Public health by giving the people access to green spaces and
promotes physical activity. Such as exercise, relaxation and stress relief for mental
health disorders.

5. To ensure that commuters can easily navigate between different types of mode of
transportation such as trains, buses, bicycles, e-jeeps and e-tricycles within the
transit hub to reduce waiting time.

6. To ensure that the Transit hub & Park are accessible for all types of individuals by
implementing universal design principles such as tactile paving, ramps and elevators.
7. To reduce traffic congestion by offering a wide range of mode of transportation
and minimize the reliance for single-occupancy vehicles to improve the overall urban
area.
