1. APERITIF DRINKS

Daiqury:

Type Cocktail

 Rum
Primary alcohol

Served Straight up; without ice

IBA specified  6 cl white rum

ingredients  2 cl lime juice

 2 bar spoons superfine sugar

Preparation In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients. Stir well to

dissolve the sugar. Add ice and shake. Strain into chilled

cocktail glass.

Cosmopolitan:
 Vodka

IBA specified  4 cl Vodka Citron

ingredients  1.5 cl Cointreau

 1.5 cl Fresh lime juice

 3 cl Cranberry juice

Preparation Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Strain into a large cocktail glass. Garnish with lime slice.

Timing All day

Notes The drink should be a frothy bright pink color


Bacardi Cocktail:

White Lady:

ingredients  3 cl Triple Sec

 2 cl lemon juice

Preparation Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well and strain into large cocktail glass.

Blue Margarita:

 Tequila
Primary alcohol

Served On the rocks; poured over ice

Standard Salt on the rim (optional)

IBA specified  5 cL (10 parts) tequila

ingredients  2 cL (4 parts) triple sec

 1.5 cL (3 parts) lime juice

 blue curacao

Preparation Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and

strain into cocktail glass rimmed with salt.

Martini Dry

 Gin

ingredients  1 cl (1 parts) dry vermouth

Preparation Straight: Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice

cubes. Stir well. Strain into chilled martini cocktail glass.

Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish

with olive.

Gimlet:

White Russian

Commonly used  5 cl (5 parts) Vodka

ingredients  2 cl (2 parts) Coffee liqueur

 3 cl (3 parts) fresh cream

Preparation Pour coffee liqueur and vodka into an Old Fashioned

glass filled with ice. Float fresh cream on top and stir

slowly.

Pina Colada

 Rum

Served Blended with ice (frozen style)

Standard Pineapple slice and/or maraschino cherry

IBA specified  1 part White Rum

ingredients  1 part Coconut Cream

 3 parts Fresh Pineapple Juice

Preparation Blend all the ingredients with ice in an electric blender,

pour into a large goblet or Hurricane glass and serve

Sex on the Beach

 4 cl Orange juice

Preparation Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.

ingredients  2 cl Baileys Irish Cream

Preparation Layer ingredients into a shot glass. Serve with a stirrer.

Mojito

Standard sprig of mint (Yerba buena in the original recipe), slice of

garnish lime

IBA specified  4 cl white rum

ingredients  3 cl fresh lime juice

 6 sprigs of mint

 2 teaspoons sugar (or 2 cl of sugar syrup)

Preparation Muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice. Add a

splash of soda water and fill the glass with cracked ice.

Pour the rum and top with soda water. Garnish with sprig

of mint leaves and lemon slice. Serve with straw.

Swimming Pool
Ingredients:
Vodka
2 cl
White Rum
2 cl
Pineapple Juice
6 cl
Coconut Syrup
2 cl
Blue Curacao
1.5 cl
Sweet Cream
2 cl
Preparation mode:
To prepare Swimming Pool you first have to pour all ingredients except Blue Curacao in cocktail shaker filled
with ice. Then you shake the cocktail until it becomes cold. After that you pour the content in an ice filled glass
and slowly shed it with Blue Curacao. You can also decorate it with a slice of pineapple or a cherry.

IBA specified  4.5 cl Gin

ingredients  3 cl fresh lemon juice

 1 cl simple syrup

 Splash of soda water

Preparation Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, except soda water.

Pour into glass. Top with soda water.

Tequila Sunrise

Standard orange slice and cherry

IBA specified  4.5 cl (3 parts) tequila

ingredients  9 cl (6 parts) orange juice

 1.5 cl (1 part) grenadine syrup

Preparation Pour the tequila and orange juice into glass over ice. Add

the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom. Stir gently to

create the sunrise effect. Garnish and serve.
