Dear Sirs,

Further to our recent audit meeting on the 11th February 2024 please find below audit findings
and corrective actions required, we will update this report with details of the corrective actions
taken and supporting documentation or evidence.

OFIS LLC is dedicated to continuous improvement, we take this opportunity to thank you for
your valued input and support as we look to implement the action below.

6 Cable Management at Shop area can be improved.

7 Pipe End cap to be provide .

8 Colour code to be used for the return electrode to

the store

9 Material Stacking at Shop floor area to be

improved. (As per the ARAMCO requirement )

10 Training certificate for Forklift operator to be

arranged

11 Before the Start the Work readiness matrix to be

prepared .
