SUBJECT: Safety Requirement for Installation of Carbon

Steel Pipes.

With reference to the subject above, a serious concern

regarding safety requirements for the installation of carbon
steel pipes the contractor shall be taken immediate action to
provide all the safety related documents and other
requirements on site to avoid accident/incident. Failure to
provide the below documents will result in severe
consequences.

The following document will be required and shall be

prepared during the CS Pipes installation,

a. Permit to Work from all local authorities mean the

permit shall be taken from Traffic Police and
Municipality.

b. Approved Risk Assessment for CS Pipes

c. Approved Risk Assessment for Welding of CS Pipes

d. Approved Nigh Shift Working Plan

The Contractor is instructed to take immediate actions and

ensure full implementation of health and safety requirements
as stipulated by the NWC standards are implemented at all
project sites and not providing the safety requirements , fines
and penalties will be applied as per NWC
Guidelines(00_BS01_GD_002.01_02 Fines and Penalties of

Contractor HSE Violations).
