Semi-Detailed Lesson Plan in Physical Education 1

Content Standard: The leaners demonstrate understanding of space awareness in

participation in physical abilities.

Performance Standard: The leaner performs movement skills in a given space with

coordination.

Learning Competency: Demonstrates moving within a group without bumping or falling

using locomotors skill.

I. Objectives

At the end of 60-minute class discussion the grade 1 pupils are expected to do

the following with at least 85% level of accuracy:

a. identify locomotors skill

b. demonstrate locomotors skill with in a group without bumping or falling

c. perform simple movement in a given space with coordination

a. Motivation

The teacher will divide the class into three groups and present the materials for

the sack race game or Activity.

Sack race rule and regulation.

 Each student put both feet on the rack avoiding falling and bumping.

 Students will begin hopping towards the finish line.

Discuss the following:
