Placement Code of Conduct- Rules Books for

Campus Placement Drive

Dear Students

This is to notify that Placement drive code of conduct is issued for each and
individual who are eligible for Placement Drive in college campus, maintaining
discipline during campus interviews is crucial for creating a positive and
professional environment. Here's a Training and Placement Policy aimed at
instilling discipline among students during campus interviews:

1. Eligibility and Registration:


Only eligible students meeting academic and attendance requirements are
allowed to register for campus interviews.
Registration deadlines will be strictly enforced.
2. Code of Conduct:
Students must adhere to a high standard of professional conduct throughout the
recruitment process.
Any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Dress Code:
A strict dress code will be enforced during campus interviews.
Male students: Formal shirt, trousers, tie, and polished formal shoes.
Female students: Formal business attire, including suits or business dresses with
closed-toe shoes.

Preferably College Uniform along with College ID card


4. Punctuality:
Students are expected to arrive on time for pre-placement talks, interviews, and
other scheduled activities.
Latecomers may be barred from participating in the recruitment process.
5. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices:
Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be on silent mode during
interviews.
Their use is strictly prohibited during the interview process. Only Laptop is
allowed if any test or aptitude round required for Interview Process.
6. Professionalism:
Maintain a professional demeanor during interactions with company
representatives.
Follow the guidelines provided during pre-placement talks.
7. Communication:
Use polite and respectful language when communicating with recruiters and
placement office staff.
Any form of inappropriate communication is strictly prohibited.
8. Mock Interviews and Workshops: Mandatory participation in mock interviews
and workshops to prepare students for the actual recruitment process. Failure to
attend may affect eligibility for campus interviews.
9. Confidentiality:
Students must respect the confidentiality of any information shared by companies
during the recruitment process.
Discussing interview questions, company details, or outcomes with peers is
prohibited.
10. Disqualification for Misconduct:
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior during interviews may
result in disqualification from the entire placement process.
11. Continuous Learning:
Students are encouraged to actively seek feedback after interviews to improve
their performance.
Attend skill development programs organized by the placement office.
12. Post-Placement Etiquette:
Once placed, students are expected to inform the university's placement office
promptly and express gratitude for their support.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the university and fellow
students.
13. Disciplinary Actions:
Violation of any of the above guidelines may lead to disciplinary actions, including
suspension from future placement activities.
This policy is designed to create a disciplined and professional atmosphere during
campus interviews, emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct, punctuality,
and respect for the recruitment process.
