LEGAL NOTICE
Under the instructions of my client Ms.uppena navya D/O.
kolkunda baswaraju, R/O HNO:4-15/2,Mahaveer complex, Beside
Mahaveer dana centre, gandimaisamma Jeedimetla, TS 500043.
the following legal notice is issued.

1. It is submitted that my client and you were married on

28th November 2013 at shivalayam temple at
 Kukatpally Hyderabad TS. As per Hindu marriage rights
and customs before the elders, well-wishers, and family
members of both sides. The said marriage is arranged
marriage dowry 2,00,000 /-Rs (two lakhs Rs only) cash
and 30 tolas gold given by my client father. And my
clients father started a business of dana centre
Patancheru which costed 3 lakhs and another business
of automobile started costed 350000/-Rs by my father
and in both the businesses you made loss due to your
own flaws.

2. It is submitted by my client that following the

marriage ceremony, you and my client will live together
in a leased home in Sanga Reddy. My client mentioned
that you and your family started fighting with my client
without any apparent reason after two months of
marriage. You also started to mistreat with her, beat
her without cause, and fight with her whenever you
were intoxicated. My client claims that you had four
brothers and three sisters, and that two of your
brothers-in-law used to come to your home and
mistreat my client without any apparent cause. My
client is verbally abused and harassed by you and your
family.

3. My client stated that in 2016 my client's father started

a automobile business worth 25 lakhs and gifted it to
you in Sanga Reddy. However, at that time, you
continued to be a nuisance on the roads while
intoxicated, misled the ownership, neglected to
maintain accounts, and used the money from your
business for personal expenses. Following that, my
client's father sold the company to another party for 9
lakhs, resulting in a massive loss of 16 lakhs for his
father.

4. It is submitted by my client that you were enraged with

her, mistreated her, and also you abused her and she left
 to her mother’s home. After some days your brother
came to my client’s house and requested my client’s
parents to send her back to her marital house, and my
client and you started to live in a rented house at
Prashanth Nagar.

5. My client submitted it when I got back to your residence.

You prevented my client from speaking with her parents
and were overly severe with her. However, for four years,
the parents of my client have been paying the rent for
your home. You publicly mistreated and mentally
harassed my client. You defeated her with ease. You
don't even tend to her needs. Don’t even morally support
her and have persistently tormented her

6. It is submitted by my client that my client’s father has

gave you two lakhs rupees in cash in the year 2020 and
you used the said amount for purchasing an apartment
at Prashanth Nagar. And were shifted to the same
apartment and again you started to harass her by saying
that “my client’s father promised you to gift an
apartment at Kukatpally Prashanth Nagar at the time of
marriage but he did not gave me as a dowry”.by this kind
of your behaviour my client’s father got heart stroke and
was hospitalised.

7. It is submitted by my client that, you started talking and

giving preferences to other women namely Kavitha she is
your neighbour. in front for her you were embarrassing
and insulting my client, due to your behaviour and
insults ,your friend named Kavitha once abused my
client vulgarly and tried to beat her and you were silent
at that moment and ignored the insult of my client. After
that your friend’s father named Mohan Rao also abused
 my client and also threatened her that he will kill my
client.

8. It is submitted by my client that in the month of march

2023 you advised her to commit suicide or leave your
house. After this you along with your brothers left my
client at her maternal home by saying that my client is
in depression and your elder brother namely
chandrashekar called my client’s father over phone and
said that they will take back my client after 2 months to
your home and till now you never take her back to your
home.

9. It is further submitted by my client that, in view of

keeping welfare future she is ready to put all her efforts
to join your conjugal society but because of your strange
attitude and behaviour all my client’s efforts went in to
vain and my client further submits that she still out of
love and affection towards you . my client is ready and
willing to accept that you take her back in your conjugal
society. Under these circumstances my client has
approached my office and instructed me to issue this
legal notice to you the addressee or else my client is
willing to take appropriate legal action against you to
take back her in your conjugal society, but I thought it
is proper to give you yet another opportunity to avoid
court proceedings.

Hence, I hereby called upon you to take my client back to your

conjugal society , within 07 days from the date of receipt of this
legal notice, else my client will be constrained to take appropriate
legal action against you She have full rights to file civil and
criminal cases against you
A copy of this legal notice is kept in my office for future action and
references.
