Maximum baggage is 20 kg in weight and 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm in size. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.
Passengers are not allowed to carry animals, weapons (e.g. knife, swords), illegal drugs, and other illegal items.
Passengers are not allowed to carry items with strong odor into the bus’ cabin, but can store them in the bus’ baggage storage.
Passengers must check in at EPA Star’s counter at the departure point before boarding the bus.
Passengers departing from EPA Star Bukittinggi office must check in max. 30 minutes before departure time.
Passengers departing from EPA Star Padang office, EPA Star Palembang head office, Padang Panjang Terminal, and Solok Terminal
must check in max. 1 hour before departure time.
Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
