Dear Parents,

Assalam alaikum!
We wish our students the best at the end of Term 2 Exams. We would like to inform you that the Final
Term Examination for Term 2 is scheduled from February 7th - 19th, 2024 (G4 - G8) and February
7th - 20th, 2024 (G9 - G12). However, ICT exams will be given in advance during the revision days,
February 4th - 8th, 2024. Regular school timing will be followed during these days. Starting Sunday,
February 11th, hometime will be right after the examination. Please refer to the given schedule below
for your reference.

Please take note of the important notes:

1. All students should be ON TIME and wear the school uniform during the examination days.
2. Students shoul be at school at 7:30 AM.
3. Bring all exam necessary items (blue pens/pencils/calculator/periodic table etc.)

Also, we kindly ask you to read through the following points:

1. ABSENCE is prohibited during exams
2. The Second Term Break for KGs starts on Sunday, February 11th, 2024. Classes will resume on
Sunday, March 3rd, 2024
3. The Second Term Break fro G1 to G3 starts on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024. Classes will resume on
Sunday, March 3rd, 2024.
4. Hometime on Thursday, February 8th, 2024 will be at 11:00AM for all grade levels.

 FINAL EXAM GUIDELINES
1. Absence is prohibited during exams.
2. Students should be in school 15 minutes before 8:00am. If the student arrives more than 10
minutes late, she will not be allowed to take the test for that day. She must then state the
reason for coming late and the examination committee will decide on the matter depending
on the gravity and acceptability of the reason for tardiness.
3. Students should wear the prescribed school uniform all throughout the Exam schedule.
4. Students are only allowed to use BLUE PEN in answering the exams
5. The following materials are NOT ALLOWED inside the EXAM HALL
1. Liquid correction pens.
2. Pencil cases
3. Hoodies
4. Watches
5. Papers
6. Calculators are permitted for certain exams if instructed by the subject teacher.
7. Students must observe honesty and adhere to the established rules during the
examination.
The said rules will be articulated by the examiner or proctor prior to the examination. If
dishonest behavior be observed by the examiner or proctor, it will be recorded in the
proctor’s report and will be dealt with immediately using the Students’ Code of Conduct.
Special Examination
A student shall be allowed to take special examinations only if the reason is valid
as per MOE and after she has complied with the following:
1. The student has notified the Principal or his representative of her absence on or before the
day of the exams;
2. She has applied for special exams with subsequent approval by the Principal.
3. She must take the missed exam within a week after the scheduled examination.
4. Students who fail to take the special exams on the mutually agreed scheduled date shall
be given a failing mark in the particular exam.
