BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Maintain sales pipeline with accuracy.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.


• 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller in the software sales industry.
• Proven track record of positive sales performance.
• Experience in implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience in CRM and Cloud Telephony Tools.
• Experience in Digital Marketing (optional).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially English.
• Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations.
• Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities, and go after them with gusto.
• Ability to work independently without supervision. Keen sense of using the internet and telephone
as a medium to connect with customers.
• Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations.
• Dedication to provide great customer service.
Required Skills Set

• Knowledge of CRM
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Good presentation skills
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Must have experience in sales
• The ability to think creatively and strategically
• Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets

Remuneration

Annual CTC will be:

MBA: Rs. 6,00,000/- where (3 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)


BBA: Rs. 5,28,000/- where (2.64 LPA Fixed + 2.64 LPA Variable)

Required Resources

• Would be required to maintain a personal laptop, smart cell phone, and good internet connectivity.
• Candidate must have their own vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) (We'll provide candidate with
the fuel expenses @ Rs. 3.5 per km for two-wheeler & Rs. 8.5 per km for four-wheeler).

Working Days

6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Note

1 year bond is to be signed.
